I dislike that I got cold sores most of the time. I still have 3 packs that I didn’t use as I am scared to get cold sores. Thank you for the experience.

The nose strips are like the fabric end of a bandaid. They were also huge. Not for my wee little lady nose. I found no benefit at all. I wish I had not spent my money on them.

But hey, they could be good for you, they just did nothing for me.

I did find a very suitable product, around the same price, that works much, much better than Respire Nose Strips.

Such a great product, was worried about the tape coming off but really good quality keeps it on all night, noticed real change in breathing throughout the day, waking up refreshed, couldn’t recommended enough

I ordered a months supply. Next I got another month supply, a subscription they said. I called, they said I signed up for subscription. If I did it was a misdirection their on website. No I did not and this scam is a common thread in their one star reviews. Beware. Very dishonest company.

Respire mouth tape is great! It has made a huge difference in my sleep, and therefore my life. Additionally, my spouse is so pleased to not be disturbed throughout the night. The tape stays in place, but is easy to remove without hurting my skin or lips. It trips a superior product. Thank you!

Mouth breather at night and then someone told me I was snoring! At 72 and single, retired and found I was needing a nana nap around 2pm and waking up with a dry mouth.
I tried about 3 different brands . One hurt when I took it off in morning and the other 2 had a chemical smell to them which on reading about mouth tapes that I I a chemical they use in the adhesive!
When I bought my fist lot of Respire I thought they were small but then realised they stretch and hold the mouth better. There are times I wake up and find I have been trying to talk in my sleep which is confusing as you can’t talk!
I find since using mouth tape I very rarely have a nana nap and believe that mouth breathing at night is the cause of being tired!
I find Respire are comfortable and cheaper than most if bought in 3 months at a time!

I would recommend Respire plus they come with a small case which is handy when travelling!

Good mouth tape that stays on all night, easy to use and good materials.

Been using these for nearly a year now and they have made such a difference to the quality of my sleep. Can't sleep without them.

I was a skeptic but Respire has exceeded my expectations! I've been using Respire for about 3 months now and just got my second subscription order. The Respire mouth tape has increased my deep sleep and eased my TMJ. Taping allows my jaw to relax while keeping my mouth closed and I don't wake up with stiffness in my jaw anymore. The tape is secure but gentle enough not to leave any irritation or residue. My bearded husband uses the strips periodically and he is able to use too - they stick but not too much.
I briefly tried another brand and found it much less secure. The Respire customer service stands out too. I contacted them about an issue with my subscription and they responded quickly and resolved my issue easily. Recently when I left my case behind while traveling they sent me a complementary new one with my subscription order. I never thought I'd be a regular mouth tape user but now I'm an evangelist!

Best and Safest Mouth Tape on the Market.
I've tried many different mouth tapes and I like this one the best. I trust the ingredients as the adhesive is third party tested to be hypoallergenic and safe from harmful additives. It sticks really well - you need to follow directions for removal and then it's perfect. I sleep better and feel good knowing my nose is doing it's job uninhabited by my mouth!

I use a CPAP and Respire mouth strips are so much easier and more comfortable than a chin strap

the strips fit well and are very smooth and comfortable

my only wish was that there was a bit of a drool channel. I am a drooler unfortunately and some nights are apparently so bad that the tape is coming off

I have a subscription and it works so smoothly that I don't foresee cancelling any time soon

I subscribe to the Respire Mouth Tape and have found it to be very helpful for a much better and restorative sleep experience. I don't wake up with dry mouth anymore & I also don't drool in my sleep or snore any longer. I'm hoping for better results from the dentist due to all of the above, but the verdict is still out on that!

I tried these and they were initially OK. I used a different brand that were bigger, thinking the size of my mouth would need that size, but came back to Respire because their glue is better, less likely to clump and need peeling off in the morning, staying on the strip. The stretchiness allows movement without discomfort. Instructions need to be clearer on applying - backing paper perforated middle needs to be torn apart by stretching the strip then applied like a plaster, peeling back to each side as you apply the strip. gentle pout or positioning of the lips when applying helps tighten or comfort when wearing throughout the night - try and see what works for you. Now on a subscription as it helps wife sleep and me stop snoring. Can be used with a CPAP.

I didn’t like these at first. I’ve tried other mouth tape, hated them, so I guess I was closed minded. I’ve found that they are the best. Some are huge! Some have toxic fumes from the adhesive. These are a good size. And for me the adhesive doesn’t have a strong smell or really any smell. So why mouth tape? Nose breathing is healthy. I began using mouth tape, I actually began with bandage tape, so my CPAP would work better. If your mouth opens during sleep the whole concept of CPAP goes out your mouth. And before that I snored. Now I don’t snore or need the CPAP.
Something that’s important to me is not being trapped in a subscription. If for whatever reason I can’t easily cancel it, I will bolt. I need to know that I have control whenever I choose to exercise that option. My all time favorite company makes that available without looking. It’s right out front. So I never use it. This is not that company as of this review. To minimize my discomfort I order a 6 month pack. I hope they will employ better customer relations in the future long before my 6 months is up. Bandage tape is cheap and works too.

I was a little skeptical at first as to if tape would really help me sleep better. So I tried it and it does help me keep my mouth shut, which makes me not snore. So I am sleeping better. It does work. I ran out recently and frankly. I'm not sleeping as good so I'm waiting for my refill. I like the one without the hole which respire has because if there's a hole in it then you can still kind of snore, so Respire works for me.Give it a shot

I am a new consumer and who trialed with monthly supplies and now I am receiving my three month supplies tomorrow because I liked the strips and the tapes.

Be careful you think you are buying the mouth tape and its set up as a subscription which isn't clear next thing they take another $79 and then say its outside of our 30 day cancellation policy. Dosn't even work as it dosn't stick properly. Save your money on a scam.

Its nice to see their friendly caring response email to this review. If only this high standard was present when I followed them up around the second payment and the product not working.
