BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY...
I was referred to Renewable Supply from Hello Solar, and they offered a reasonable offer on a home battery. I agreed and paid a $500 deposit.
They booked an installation date, and I was assured they had stock. Then the day before installation, they cancelled due to lack of stock, and I was assured they would get some in the next week.
From there it was hard to get any response, when I tried following up, I kept talking to different people, nobody kept following my case.
Eventually they came back and said that they couldn't do the install, and said to send my bank account details. I did so, and initially they did not refund the deposit, even after multiple emails and phone calls, I got not response.
Then after 4months, and after I had posted a negative review, they did get back to me, offering that they would refund the deposit, BUT WOULD ONLY GIVE A FULL DEPOSIT REFUND AFTER I DELETE MY PREVIOUS NEGATIVE REVIEW (ie, they gave $300 initially, and would only give the other $200 after I deleted the review).
