Thanks for the perfect support and how fast and easy everything goes well

I do NOT recommend Remote.com. Yet ANOTHER payroll error from Remote.
Please note that this is about the 6th time they have erred on my payroll, including a huge mistake resulting in them forcing me to give back thousands of dollars, so i can get paid my regular pay - threatening to not pay me until i give back the $5K of error they did, even though my pay would be slightly above that $5K error. So I had to wait while they resolved it without having any money for that pay period!

Here is their explanation this time:
"INFORMATIVE PAYROLL Summary 📝 Due to an issue during payroll processing, your July 15, 2026 payslip included higher statutory deductions than expected. Your July 31, 2026 payslip will include credits for the over-withheld amounts. No action is required from you. Hello, We're reaching out to inform you about an upcoming payroll correction related to tax withholding in your July 15, 2026 payroll. What happened Due to a payroll processing issue, employer Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) contributions were treated as taxable income twice in the July 15, 2026 payroll. As a result, deductions for pension plan contributions, including Canada Pension Plan (CPP), additional Canada Pension Plan (CPP2), Quebec Pension Plan (QPP), additional Quebec Pension Plan (QPP2), where applicable, and federal and provincial income tax were higher than expected, resulting in lower net pay. What you need to know We've fixed the issue and taken the necessary steps to prevent this from happening again. We'll apply the required corrections in your July 31, 2026 payroll. Your July 31 payslip will include separate adjustment line items, such as FIT Adjustment or CPP Adjustment. Each adjustment reflects the amount that was over-withheld for that statutory deduction in your July 15, 2026 payroll. The adjustments may include CPP, CPP2, QPP, additional QPP2, and federal and provincial income tax, where applicable. No action is required from you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding as we resolve this issue. I had some inconveniences to set up my account but help desk was right on spot! After getting into my account, I sailed through the tabs and friendly instructions. Just good common sense. Easy to update and maintain.

I hardly need to contact Remote as the service runs seamlessly, however on the occasions when I have needed support they have dealt with my enquiry quickly and efficiently. The bot is normally enough assistance, but when it cannot fix the issue I am redirected to somebody who can. All good.

Feeling a little bit lost after signing agreement. Not very good hands-on help to get started.
