Great solution!

Remote provides a great solution for our international remote hires. The technology is great. It's stable, intuitive with top level modern features.

What specifically surprised me positively, is the fantastic, personal customer service. In principle all answers to our questions can be found in their extensive and also intuitive FAQ library, I always get quick personal support when needed.

Poor support when off-boarding

When onboarding, Remote asked Fragomen to register start of employment to Japan immigration office with USD 660 charge.
But Fragomen asked me to process the end of employment for offboarding even we paid another USD 660 for my off-boarding.
And the response from Fragomen is quite slow, should Remote support more on this kind of communication with 3rd party?

Normally, Remote support team is very helpful for other questions, but I am disappointed on this de-registration support process.
