Check all fees before you order
Ordered a part from them that could have fit in an envelope. They charged us $57 for shipping. I just got an email from FedEx saying that we owe another $18 in shipping fees for duty, tariffs, and taxes. Make sure when you order that it includes all fees.

Ordered 13' sticks of widow screen frame. Buried in the text says they cut them to 8' for shipping purposes. They are now too short for my project. They wont take them back because they have been cut.

I purchased some aluminum handles, which came with some manufacturing defects, after reaching out to Reflect, they resent a new set right away, and overnighted them so i can still deliver my finished product to a client in time.
