scam, website, false advertisement, bought a lifetime licence and I received a cracked download link, that is fraud!

I got a davinci resolve license with order #GQLS9 and they sent a davinci resolve link to cracked software.
I asked for a refund and 4 months later they "keep trying" to refund. In reality an AI is answering the emails and no one is trying to do anything.

bought wondershare pdf but not working. Support very bad and not supporting at all.

Its a Scam, bought chatgpt subscription, nothing.

Total scam. I placed two separate orders (#LFHW8 and #0ZJXW) for 1-year subscriptions to Netflix and Disney+. Shortly after, I received automated emails claiming the orders were "Delivered," but no login credentials or activation codes were ever sent.

​I have reached out for support and received no genuine response. They are happy to take your money but provide absolutely no service. This site is misleading and fraudulent. I am now forced to escalate this to a bank dispute (chargeback) with Barclaycard to get my money back.

I ordered a windows 11 usb with activation key. Immediately following confirmation of the purchase, I also received an email saying it’s been delivered. It has been a month with me constantly contacting them, only to hear the same repeated messaging. Even though I’ve asked for a refund, there’s no responses

Wasted money, wasted time. What they send you doesn't work. I arranged with them to come in remotely and install the programs themselves. They agreed in the email but after that, they didn't show any sign of life, they left me waiting in front of the screen... For now they don't answer my emails anymore. Most likely it's a scam.

Ordered Tidal - said out of stock and offered Spotify but never gave a code. Instantly auto message with "code is in first line of order confirmation"

Never got a promised refund for a software that didn't work at all. Only a bot answer that kept fooling me.

I was scammed by them. And im currently disputing it with my bank. There system says they are fixing it (its a lie just an ai bot that likes to stall)

It's a scam, please save your money and shop elsewhere, I made a purchase for a subscription and they had no intention of supplying me the software, just took my money and gave me the runaround, because they do answer your emails (just verifying the status of your order) which stressed me out so much

This is a total scam. I purchased an MS Office 2024 Lifetime License, but the key they provided does not work. When I try to activate it, the system states that the license has already been used on another device.

I have sent multiple emails to their support team, but I only receive generic, automatic replies. No matter what you write or how much detail you provide, the response is always the same. They clearly have no intention of solving the problem or providing a valid product.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Just take your money for free and will keep you weeks just to say after 7 days you will be receive you money back.
You will never see a refound.
Just don’t buy products from this company,if you don’t vant to loose your money your time and to get old,sending emails.

I strongly warn others about this website.

I purchased software from refortek.com.es for 89.99 EUR (Invoice No. 6052). The file I received was clearly not legitimate software. It contained a crack and appeared to be pirated warez. Additionally, my security software detected a virus in the downloaded file.

I immediately reported this problem in December and requested a cancellation and a full refund. Since then, I have only been receiving repeated promises that the refund will be processed, but nothing has actually happened. Months have passed and they continue to delay and make excuses.

Selling software that appears to be cracked and potentially infected is extremely irresponsible and raises serious concerns about this website. The way they handle refunds and customer support is completely unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise people to avoid buying anything from this website.

Compré un software en refortek.com.es por 89,99 EUR (Factura Nº 6052). El archivo que recibí claramente no era un software legítimo. Contenía un crack y parecía ser software pirata (warez). Además, mi antivirus detectó un virus en el archivo descargado.

Informé del problema inmediatamente en diciembre y solicité la cancelación y el reembolso completo. Desde entonces solo recibo promesas repetidas de que el reembolso será procesado, pero en realidad no ha pasado nada. Han pasado varios meses y siguen poniendo excusas y retrasando la devolución.

Vender software que parece pirateado y potencialmente infectado es extremadamente irresponsable y genera serias dudas sobre la credibilidad de esta web. La forma en que gestionan las reclamaciones y los reembolsos es totalmente inaceptable.

Basándome en mi experiencia, recomiendo encarecidamente evitar comprar cualquier cosa en este sitio web.

Fake seller he Is a scammer don't buy from this site

Big scam. I bought FL Studio for mac and they sent .7z. They answered well but answers was AI generated. These assholes said "we're going to resend you a key with downloaders" but they didn't in fact. Nothing special, just scam for 50 euro

Scam site selling software licenses but actually shipping cracked software riddled with viruses and malware. It's pointless to send cancellation or refund requests because they don't respond.
