You wont find a more down to earth and passionate REALESTATE COACH HE HAS THE PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS TO PROVE IT

There are so many real estate educators out there but very few true genuine people like you! You know all of your community members by name and know their families. That is so rare. Because of you, Sherman, I obtained the skills and connections to wholesale in MA from PA! The real deal right here!

The ground level detail is a welcome component. Also good to see that Sherman does not hide his faith upbringing.

On the flip side, I am on day 18 and have never gotten one single critique or answer to a question submitted. I am a detail oriented person and I don’t ask questions just to waste someone else’s time.

Had I known this training was Maryland based, I likely would have skipped it. Too much focus is on Maryland, DC, and Virginia. If these areas are your sweet spot then great, advertise as such, but don’t invite everyone and make everyone outside your area feel alienated most of the time.

I did receive a call from one of your people on day 11 sharing information that would have been helpful on day 1 or 2.

At her suggestion I did attempt to join the Wednesday open office period to get my questions answered. I waited and waited and the zoom meeting never started.

To leave my critique on a good note, I feel more empowered to readjust my team and connect with the right people. Searched for and had a meeting with someone listed as an investor friendly real estate agent. Once he determined I was doing wholesaling he was looking to bail because he didn’t want to get involved with assignment contracts. Told him I wasn’t doing assignments. We do LLC creations and exchange our interest in the LLC and the contract comes with it.

His attitude changed after that but I would not have had that knowledge had it not been for Sherman.

This guy is an investor first and real estate agent second.

He did not want to help me with any type of report from remine and he preferred LOIs vs Purchase Agreements initially. Too early to push back and we will work through it.

All-in-all, pretty good investment for $20.

This training is the best; we are taught by people who have done the work. We have to remain teachable at all times. Sherman says "crawl, walk, run, win gold medals."

I am happy to give the 4 Day Deal Maker program a 5 out of 5 stars. I recently attended the 4 Day Deal Maker workshop and found it to be extremely valuable for my real estate investing business. The highlight for me was the half-day dedicated to reviewing and walking us through their proprietary software. Learning how to navigate the platform, locate potential properties, and analyze the numbers with confidence gave me a real sense of how to apply the strategies in practice.
Overall, the workshop delivered on its promise. Highly recommend!

For example, it exceeded my expectations because I actually went out and found a few abandoned houses that I could put under contract and make some money. The teachings are real and life changing.
