I wanted to purchase tracker and it says that is available and after long registration process I could not purchase, I have tried several time and there was same mistake over and over again. Very poor website.

So portable Rowenta vacuum only three weeks old, battery almost melting.. took it back to Portimao ( having spent 2000 euros this year there) refused to swap only repair.
I said ok, sign to say you are refusing to exchange or refund .. no wouldn’t do that ..
Customer service is not good here at all .. they don’t think ahead about future business..

I bought a printer at the branch in Caldas da Rainha and couldn't get it to work, it was way over my head. The cheaky little girl at the return place was rude, and I wanted to exchange it, not get my money back just wanted something a bit easier to work, no! So here's some advice shop at Worton! Much better customer service!

The company offers online devices with delivery in 2-3 working days. After payment, however, they do not deliver on time. Customer eat or die? Not with me. I will not buy anything from the company again.

BEWARE!! We recently moved to Portugal and bought a refrigerator three weeks ago for our new home from Radio Popular, Coimbra. The refrigerator was delivered, we realised shortly that it was dented, immediately we called the shop (and drove a distance of approximately 80 km back and forth on the same day) to compliant and ask for a replacement but after dragging their feet for more than a week, Radio Popular refused to change the refrigerator saying it was our problem. Radio popular seems to be very used to doing this and getting away with it - see the Google Review from Filipe Gonçalves on Radio Popular Coimbra.
I am a nurse so do not earn much money and I believe in supporting local business but my trust has been severely broken. We will not be ordering the rest of our home gadgets from them because now we know they take advantage of peoples situations.

This is my last email without any feedback or apology!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I have had with your company. I regret purchasing a product from your company as the process has been quite frustrating and disappointing.

The way your team has been handling my case is not up to my expectations.
The responses I have received so far have been scripted and lacking empathy. I find it disrespectful that I was forced to use Google Translate to communicate with your agent who seemed to have no respect for the customer.

I purchased this machine because I have an urgent food order for my work that needs to be completed by Saturday. Despite the broken item being on hold, I am still waiting for a decent reply or resolution.

I urge you to resolve this issue today as I require the machine to be in good condition, not broken or opened as I received it. I have never encountered such an issue with other companies like Worten or Fnac.

I kindly request that you rephrase and fix this issue to ensure that I receive the product in good condition as soon as possible.

Bought a pair of headphones ( jbl Tunes 510) €50 but were too big...took them back...wouldn't exchange or refund...listen to this.hygiene reasons....
There are no notices saying no returns or exchanges for these items..the manager refused to speak just repeatedly saying company policy..

Ordered Speakers online as they were out of stock in the store. all other companies have them including the manufacture. but company still hasn't delivered after 26 days.

No information further from them to state when items will arrive. customer left in the dark about his money being taken but no items received

Worse customer service I have dealt with in years. This company lies about their Premium delivery service which is suppose to include installation. Upon delivery they didnt installed my washing machine, and after I have complained, the customer support team response was "too bad, you have received the item, now its your problem". These guys are unprofessional and are selling a service they don't provide.

This is just a waste of time, they don't tell you when the item is out of stock before you pay for it. Once you pay for it on his site it will tell you that the item it's out of stock and you will have to wait at least 4 months. Don't buy from this guys what a bad service.

Its been 2 weeks no any information and i dont know where to contact ..also dont know how to track the order..god! Its really bad...i order tablet at day 5 november but still no any information where it is and when it will delivery...it will be my last shopping from radiobpopular...damn bladdy full they are ...any one please help me to provide phn number To contact them so that i can ask them where is my productt...

Even the order is "available for delivery" it took 3 weeks to deliver the laptop.
Tried to order the controller (also "available for delivery") - got an email (also in 3 weeks) that they don't know when they can deliver it.
All it after you call them several times...
If you have a choice where to buy, or need stuff soon, that's not your choice ...

Refrigerator ordered in May from Guia Rádio Popular and delivered on time. Paid for an engineer to reverse the door opening direction. Received a phone call and date arranged for engineer's visit on 30th June. It is now nearly the end of October, no engineer visit and I have been back to the store in the intervening period. I was told I would get a refund over a month ago. No phone call received from store. Why don't they train the delivery guys in installation instead of relying on some faceless centralised (no) support system? I didn't believe the reviews, I should have!

I'm so sorry I'm just reading the reviews. We bought a TV and it came with a huge bump, so they came and picked it up. That was over a month ago, they keep saying we need to wait until they receive the TV to inform if we can receive a reimbursement or what will they do.

An update on the outcome...
We received a refund after 3 months and after submitting a case with the "livro de reclamações". They never informed if the TV was received and what they found, I guess they may have lost it?
Thank God we got our refund and a lesson for future purchases.

Unfair and misleading selling practices. I found the Bosch washing machine I wanted to buy online was not available immediately on Worten so went to Radio Popular site which said it was available. I bought it and only afterwards in the confirmation email did it tell me that it was temporarily unavailable and the order might take up to 30 days. I would never have bought the washing machine if I had had this information clearly in advance. You may fool me once Radio Popular but I shall never buy a product from you again.

Excellent service had a problem with my LG television, contacted within 3 days part ordered and fixed within the week with a two year guarantee on the screen, after reading all the other reviews I can only say I have had a first class service,

I bought a Hisense 50A6BG TV from their shop in Cascais. I explicitly asked the consultant for a TV with Android or Google TV and she recommended this model. To my surprise it was not the case. The TV uses some rudimentary thing called Vidaa which doesn't support any of the services I'm using - Stadia, GeForce Now.
Now I'm forced to use as a monitor with another device like Chromecast with Google TV or equivalent with the full package of spending more money, using two remote controls, etc. from the age of cable TV and STBs...
I can't decide was it intentional or due to incompetence.. Most probably both.

I would like to congratulate Mr. Daniel Duarte, your emploee for the proffesionalism, passion and dedication. Me and my partner went to search for houseware and Daniel was very patient with us, explaining details that shows interest for his role. Good luck and I hope to be appreciated by his employer.

Efficient Delivery

I bought a washing machine from the online site, it was delivered in 3 days, they kept informed about the status. Delivery and installation was completed with succuss on the day they promised.

They mentioned that they are unable to bill me because of my international credit card in previous emails but it deducted me from my card (Mastercard) successfully?
I did file a free resolution form and wanted to cancel the order no. xx and I did insist to cancel this order.
My credit card company said that from our end there is no issue but from their side they don't cancel yet why?
They stopped the shipment on its way to the client and my client is asking why the product needs to be returned. Very unprofessional behavior.
It is now very difficult to get a refund from them.
