I was scammed by this website. They didn't pay me the full amount and provided no customer care. This website is a fraud.

Thought I'd give race96 a go after seeing ads about their welcome offer, so I threw in 240 australian dollars mid-July and the 150 dollar bonus landed in my account the same day, which was honestly quicker than I expected. Thing is, I started playing some of the slots they had on there, thinking the bonus would roll through like it normally does on other sites, but when I actually read the terms properly after a week of mucking around, turns out there was a 500 dollar withdrawal cap on anything I won from that bonus money, and it wasn't mentioned anywhere obvious when I signed up. I ended up grinding for about ten days, got my balance up to around 680 dollars total, went to cash out 340 of it, and that's when support told me the cap meant I could only pull 500 max from the bonus winnings, which basically ate into what I thought was mine. The withdrawal itself took thirteen days to go through after that, and I spent half that time going back and forth with their support team who kept saying the same thing each time I asked for an update, like they were just copying and pasting responses. Don't get me wrong, the app was smooth enough and signing up took about five minutes, but the gap between what felt like a generous offer and what actually happened in the fine print left me pretty sour about the whole thing. Would've been fine with a smaller bonus if they'd just been upfront about the limits from the start.

At this point I was starting to wonder if they were just stalling because I actually had a decent win, so I emailed support asking what the hold up was and got a generic message saying verification could take up to ten business days. Ten days later, nothing, so I emailed again and got the exact same reply word for word, which made me think nobody was even reading what I sent. The whole thing dragged on for nearly three weeks while my withdrawal just sat there, and in the meantime the bonus money I'd won off had basically disappeared from the account balance, so I'm not even sure what I was actually allowed to pull out anymore. Lost interest after that, haven't been back.
