Hej Pernille, tak for din opdaterede anmeldelse! 😊

Hi Pernille, thank you for updating your review! 😊

We appreciate that you’ve shared more details about your experience — especially since other customers are also reading along.

The picture on our website shows a fully packed bag, not an empty one. An important detail is that the back of the bag isn’t stiff, which means it can bend slightly to fit easily into Ryanair’s measurement box.

We always list the maximum measurements on our website (49 x 32 x 18 cm) to give customers the exact reference point. In practice, the bag is usually smaller, as it adjusts to the packed contents and can be compressed. That’s exactly why over 1705 customers have traveled with it without any issues, including with Ryanair.

We fully respect your experience, but we stand by the fact that the bag can be used as Ryanair hand luggage when packed and compressed as intended.
