Was it done on purpose? I don't know but the first smile after years that I pay excuse my distrust.
But I must say that kindness and diplomacy in some countries are not taught in school, and wherever you go you are treated like nothing and they serve you making you feel the weight of the work they do even if you pay them.

But has discrimination for those who buy the daily tax of 9.30€ to pass through Austria, I have paid vignettes in this shop many times, each time they are rude and, I paid this time with an Italian bank card and for the first time the person at the cashier smiled. Of course they changed the last number of the car license plate knowing that I would receive a fine.
I contacted the complaints office and they advised me to pay because the fine would increase from 300 to 3000 euros. The complaints office staff was very kind and said: pay, this thing ore will become a nightmare for you. You can complain but you will never see your money again for sure, it is a €120 fine. And i send the bank document to promote my innocence, the said it was not needed. You pay or you do not pass through Austria anymore. I am very disappointed with the situation that if created I thought that the Austrians were much better at doing justice.

with my family on Sunday evening we went to have dinner there with my daughter's boyfriend who is from Italy, when we ordered the drinks the waitress wanted a document as it is right, but my son-in-law had a driving license and an Italian identity card, they did not accept it saying that they only accepted the passport, it was unfair and humiliating also because just by looking at him you could see that he is a 26 year old adult boy. Formula all you can it . Portano le prime alette di pollo da quel momento nonostante i solleciti non ci badavano più tanto che ho dovuto ad alta voce dire loro di ottemperare agli ordini e non ignorarli. In finale solo 2 portate totali di alette 2 ore dj attesa e personale scortese. Non andateci più e la loro politica. Ti attirano e ti fottono sul posto.
