This is a fab app that has revolutionised the way our club operates. Everything all in one place for the whole club - rowers, coaches, committee, and helpers alike. No excuse for anyone not knowing what’s going on, giving the ability to sign up (or decline) training sessions (both on and off the water) racing events, or other non-rowing events (like maintenance or socials).
Allows coaches to set sessions plans and goals so everyone knows what’s expected.
Could list features and they’re advantages for every, but you should just try it and see for yourself. You won’t want to go back.

Made a huge difference for our club, we all use the member mail feature and it's so much simpler to organise training and events.

Great app! Its brings much needed usability/admin/organisation to this side of the sport. I'm sure it would be useful for other similar sports too!

All the club’s training and events are organised through the app. As well as areas for videos, image gallery, booking boats, emails

Since my club, Oundle town has started using this app it has made organising my rowing life so much easier. Everything is now in one place, you sign up for training , racing, social and maintenance days all through the app. Allowing coaches to organise crews and training accordingly.
We now get notifications via the app when race fees are due, which can then be paid via the app. Making the administration for event entries so much easier.
A feature I really like is that you can record your Ergo sessions , either distance, time or intervals. It then gives you all the stats you could want.

All in all it’s a great app and would be a great asset to any rowing club.

This is an exceptional, extremely well-designed, and user-friendly app that has made life easier for club members, coaches, and organisers alike. Training sessions are brilliantly organised, and members can easily monitor their progress through erg scores and video analysis. Events are easy to subscribe to and plan for well in advance, giving members plenty of time to organise their diaries. It is an invaluable tool for improving communication, tracking performance, and supporting the ongoing development of the club. Thoroughly recommended.

Very user friendly and holds all the information you need. Seems to be an easy app to update as well!

Row HQ has transformed the way our club (Oundle Town Rowing Club) performs, communicates and administers multiple functions throughout the club. As a member I can pay my subs and boat entry for heads and regattas, join other events, book a boat for a training session. When I need to speak to other crew members it’s so easy through the mail function too. All in all it has transformed the club for the better and I’d recommend it to any rowing club world wide!

Been a game changer for the way we manage our club. Rowers can see what sessions are available to book, coaches can see who is attending and build crews dynamically. Event sign up enables the club event coordinator to see who is available, paid up and committed to race.

This app has now become an essential part of our rowing club. It is making managing attendance for training sessions and races quick and straightforward, helping everyone stay organised. Much better than relying on multiple messaging apps to sort everything! The boat booking system is easy to use and avoids any boating conflicts. It is great to have these combined with the ability to share photos/videos with everyone as well as keeping up-to-date with relevant news all within one app.
This has really streamlined the communications within our rowing club - I'd highly recommend it to any rowing club looking for an all-in-one management solution.
