My dog looks so comfortable and his whole body is relaxed when he lies and sleeps on the plush mat. The firm fitting plush cover means there’s no slip when he steps on it and he’s confident to walk on it. He has a number of sleep stations around the house and this mat is becoming his favourite spot.
It took a few weeks to arrive. I’m very happy with this product and more importantly my old maremma x lab is.

My almost 12 month old Kelpie loves her Tuffmat! and she loves it so much we bought her a second one. This is the BEST dog bed I've bought, and great that they are Australian made and local.

The Tuffmat! is fantastic for indoor or outdoor use and they're easy to wash off with the hose.
We use both of them in her crates (living room for day time and bedroom at night) and she sleeps more soundly now.

Ordered a personalised collar for my 3 month old Labrador puppy, arrived promptly and very good quality

The staff have been absolutely wonderful, and I love all the products. My friend who now has “Henny or Girl” absolutely loves the collar & Henny has given him a new lease of life after his wife and two dogs had just recently passed away. I miss Henny, but I know she is number one in his life as he is with her. And that they will love and look after each other with the most care and attention. Also whilst I help Gigi recover after being run over by a Toyota Hilux on 6/7/26. Henny was so sad for Gigi and she needed one on one attention at that time too. And I couldn’t give it to her. So I was incredibly happy that Jim & Henny made such a beautiful connection. It just felt right to give Henny a happier life with her new dad (a close friend of the family). Jim & I talk often to see how Henny is adjusting to her new life and both of them are having a ball. Henny loves the drives all around the country side.

So if ever she gets lost I know she will find her way home because of her new identity collar with Jim’s phone number on it. Henny will never ever be lost.

Just as amazing as advertised!! Went and bought another one. The quality of the foam compared to the Amazon one I previously had was like chalk amd cheese. You can really tell the quality of the Rover product was above and beyond. Plus, the bed had zero smell! No toxic chemical smell like cheap beds. My goldens love them. Cant praise them enough, worth the investment. Ps. Bought during EOFY sales and it still arrived within the week. Bought a Dazy bed on the same day and it wont be shipped until 3 weeks after purchase, so deliveryein a month. Compared to 1 week with these guys. Good job on the logistics during sales!

Would not recommend.

We had a confirmed collaboration in May, however after waiting over two weeks with no communication or updates, I had to follow up multiple times. When I left a polite comment asking them to check their DMs, the collaboration was cancelled instead of my enquiry being addressed.

I understand that many Australian small businesses are busy, but being busy is not an excuse for poor communication or customer service. A simple update would have been appreciated.

Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and unwilling to work with this business again.

The Aqua Dog ID Collar is Brilliant!!! The Collar is well made, durable and the reflective stitching for night is an awesome bonus feature! Highly recommend & we will be ordering another as he grows bigger.
