My first order was for some fountain pen ink, and they shipped it the same day I ordered it, and it arrived the next day. There was a minor issue with one bottle of ink and they replaced it no problem, and the replacement arrived next day. I have now ordered 2 more times from them, and will continue to do so. They have the best selection of fountain pen inks of any shop in the UK, and if that’s not enough for you to immediately go and order from them, well their customer service is incredible. I would give them 1 million stars if I could. You won’t be disappointed by their prices, their products, or their service.

I always recommend this family run business. I have been using them for a while, I am confident that my stationery will be delivered on time and in perfect condition.

I emailed and then talked with Sophia and Ross at Pure Pens regarding recommissioning my Pelikan M800. They were both very helpful and I decided to hop in the car and go across to Newport to see Ross and get his expert hands on advice.

He was very helpful in explaining how to tweak my M800 nib and lots of discussion around inks and paper.

Came away having bought a new notebook and letting my pen interests take me into TWSBI ownership.

All have arrived quickly and have been of great quality. A recent rare issue was dealt with very quickly and to my full satisfaction. Pure Pens is the first place I look for pens and related stationery.

I was finally able to get my hands on the Kaweco sport fountain pen in Bordeaux with a fine nib, thanks to PurePens. After being let down by other retailers, I was so pleased to find this seller. My go-to place for pens and inks. Ordered a Waterman Carene and Diamine Ancient Copper ink. Lovely pen, and works beautifully with the Diamine. Competitively priced and it arrived extremely quickly. Have been a customer since 2016.

I had an issue with my order which they resolved for me within 2 business days. Throughout the interactions I felt that the company really cared about ensuring that my experience of shopping with them was really great.

A horrendous site.

Annoying pop-up chat in the bottom left. Used Ublock to block it.

Annoying pop-up ad with "can't find what you're looking for?". Used Ublock to block it.

Another annoying pop-up whatever in the bottom right corner. Used Ublock to block it.

"RealReviews" banner on the right hand side that says that this site is oh so great. Used Ublock to block it.

Search bar with animated searches that move there and back all the time. Used Ublock to block it.

Offers carousel with animated offers. Used Ublock to block it.

But then I clicked on a different tab and was faced with another thing: animated tab titles. It cycles through "look at this pen!" and "We love stationery!". OK, I don't know how to block those. Let's close this website and never come back.

Oh, and several thousand reviews with an average rating of 5.0? Give me a break.

When I made my order, I accidentally deleted an ink I really wanted from it. I immediately emailed pure pens to see if I could add it because it was international shipping and they got back to me promptly saying they would take care of it.

This was my first order and the level of service I received was excellent. I was apprehensive since it was in international shipping but the pricing is excellent, the service was excellent, and the product arrived packaged very well.

I will absolutely buy from them again.

I have bought a Lamy Safari and converter and Diamine Blue Velvet from Pure Pens. Lovely people to deal with and products are excellent. They have a great website that I enjoyed reading - lots of excellent content. I think you will be treated as a valuable customer here however much you spend! Thanks

Recently purchase a cheap fountain pen. Needed some info and was treated like I was spending a million. Great product and great customer service. Great to family business doing such a great job. Well Done.

Will leave a review here because this was an in-person order and I probably won't get a Feefo invite. Visited the store in person today and it was very much worth the 3 hour round trip. i am new to the fountain pen world and i can’t recommend pure pens enough. i emailed with an enquiry about a pen that was out of stock and Ross Adams got back to me instantly to accommodate for my request, so i bought the pen with some ink and the items got shipped out to me that day with quick delivery! will definitely be coming here if i need anything pen related in the future!!
