Delivery service
If you are located outside the Netherlands, be careful when ordering from them. When I ordered a motorcycle helmet from this store, I thought it was a German shop because the website has the “de” domain, and I never expected such a huge difference in customer service compared to German stores. It has now been exactly one month since I made the purchase, and the order still has not been delivered to the UAE. Customer support does not respond, and according to the tracking number, the package is still somewhere in the Netherlands.
Note: Please be aware that deliveries to the UAE are already operating from all over the world through all major courier services: UPS, FedEx, EMS, DHL, Royal Mail, and Aramex — I specifically listed the companies that have successfully delivered my orders from around the world during this month.

we’re sorry to hear that your parcel to the UAE, Dubai, has not arrived yet. We understand that waiting this long is frustrating.
Your order was shipped and is currently on its way. We are already in contact with you through our customer service, but unfortunately we cannot speed up the customs or international carrier process. At this moment we can only monitor the shipment and wait until the parcel arrives at customs.
We would also like to clarify that we are an honest company based in the Netherlands. The .de domain does not change our service or reliability. The delay is related to the current shipping issues to the UAE, not to the way we handle orders.
We will keep following the shipment and help you further as soon as there is an update.
