To clarify for future customers: the order in question was shipped promptly and with correct customs documentation. The parcel was returned by DHL due to unpaid import duties – a process that is automatic and not initiated by us.
In such cases, shipping costs are non-refundable, which is standard in international e-commerce and stated in our terms. Nevertheless, we refunded the full value of the products to the customer.
We’re always available to support our customers and are happy to advise on customs procedures before shipping to help avoid such issues in the future.
