Dodgy billing practices
I called to confirm my billing dates as I had a promo about to expire and wasn't sure which billing cycle it was ending in. The latest invoice was also confusing as the dates in the email did not match the ones in the attachment. I was told the payment was for the time period we were currently in. I proceeded to transfer my service based on this information only to be charged for the upcoming time period. They advised it's because I did not give notice and no refund would be provided despite the account showing as being in credit now. I have since lodged a complaint with TIO to get a refund
