Deceitful and difficult to cancel trial period
Impossible to reach a human, rather than an AI bot, this company just keeps charging your account forever, never mind trial periods. Language software was useless and company did not want to cancel or refund unless I tried another ten lessons. I finally had to contact my credit card company. I recommend avoiding.

I subscribed to Promova for some days…
I subscribed to Promova for some days and realized that I didn't like this learning app. Since I was still in the free trial, I canceled, but start charging money even though I had already canceled. I NEVER received my refund. It has been months of back and forth; I cannot reach anyone. I still want my refund. It's been almost one whole year. Don't trust Promova.

Customer service would not respond and no free trial refund
I subscribed to promova for one day and realized I accidentally purchased the wrong type of learning app. Since I was still in the free trial i canceled. Then I NEVER received my refund. It has been months of back and forth and what seems like AI generated email responses giving me steps to do that have not worked. I cannot reach any one. I showed purchase and cancelation recipes and I keep getting the same generated messages. I still want my refund. Don't trust Promova.
