Jordan and Paul were really professional friendly and polite. Highly recommended.
Just had a visit from Wade Alexander for a service check on our panels this morning. Wade was on time (despite having a long journey in summer traffic) and found the issue straight away. Prompt, efficient , friendly and knowledgeable service. Thanks Wade.

An advisor came out who was lovely untill it came to the end. He was very firm in trying to get the sale, putting alot of pressure on us offering as a one time discount. The total price for 12 solar panels and 15kwh battery was 19000. We then received a phone call 2 days later saying that the advisor had given us the wrong information and offered us 10 panels and a 5kwh battery for 9000 again using the same high pressure one time offer. We declined these as the pressure put us against this and we have decided to look else where.
Very over priced, Project Solar UK are a well
drilled Marketing Company. Their direct sales team whom are self employed are trained to be very assertive. Sometimes spending up to 3 hours in a prospect’s property. Don’t get sucked in to the 99yrs panel warranty, it’s a crafty sales pitch, They offer hugely costed, low grade systems, that are priced to be to cover £100,000’s advertising costs…

Very poor aftercare. Panels are not generating and inverter not working after 4 years (sold a 99 year warranty). I rang 3 times today and still have not got a plan sorted for how they are going to be fixed. The first call they tried to tell me its my internet even when i explained clearly its not. Had to ring Solax as the manufacturer to back me up. Rang again told theyre too busy and would get a callback. No call back. I rang again. Delay of 3 weeks for an engineer to come, no one in the area over summer (we dont live remotely). Asked to pay 180 for a call out even when the parts are under warranty and theyve failed after 4 years. Then no email has come for confirmation of the engineer. Not happy
I had my solar panels installed today by Jordan and Paul.
Great guys arrived early and were straight to work. They were very friendly, polite, hard working and worked very well as a team.
The both of them worked very tidy and left no mess after them and were very efficient in their work.
They were very helpful before they left, showing me how to download the app and how it worked and filled in all the relevant paper work. Thanks for your great work.

Mr Rickie Meade arrived on time (phoning me the day before to give me an estimated time of arrival) he is polite personable and very helpful. He found the problem and corrected the fault quickly, he even spoke to lovelies for me to check with them (to make sure they were getting the-signal they were looking for) he explained what he had done without treating me like a idiot! (Over 76 & a woman) many treat us like fools!
Highly recommended without hesitation. Thank you

Very poor customer service. You never respond to messages and phone calls seems not to resolve complains. You keep ringing staff that do not pick up. Not a good way to treat customers. I feel scammed.

Project Solar were represented by a gentleman named Shahram who was, as you would expect, polite courteous and professional. He was also very patient when explaining the Pros and Cons of installing Solar Panels. Not that I felt there were any Cons to talk about. He was thorough and knowledgeable in his presentation and I felt he was truthful also in his presentation, which I have not found to be a usual experience. Overall a very good experience. The Office during and since have provided myself with the help I have needed.

Matt A and Keiron S were great from start to finish. Explained each part and why they've done it.

Four stars rather than five, due to having to have someone back to set up the partnering App properly and the fact that despite the quality of the work and staff, the standard prices/quotes are not competitive.
That aside, it's been 6 months since installation and 4 months since full connection (the delay was my fault.... upgrading my consumer unit and electrics), I have so far found their panels to be efficient and operating correctly.
Given a choice, I'd never go simply for the lowest quote (as quality and peace of mind does matter), but they need to find a better balance between the two, especially during a cost of living crisis, where people are trying to make their money go as far as possible.
All in all, good,

Chris, Colin and Derek were the model Tradies, no not their good looks but their approach to their work and the polite and professional manner they went about it. Any questions we had always answered. The work was excellent and the best solution sought as the location of the batteries and route to the fuse board not straight forward. The only gripe was the delay in installation meant scaffolding for 2 months… DNO delays apparently so not their bag. It took Project Solar too long to inform us of this so 1/10 score there. The boys on site 10/10 and I do like to be picky but could not fault them. Would recommend this company. Peter Northumberland

Where do i start? My install was approx 6 yrs ago and i had an issue with my fuse board. Aaron was AMAZING and so efficient in his comms and effort to organise a resolution asap! I was then blessed to meet Rickie Meade. Immediately asked if he should take off his shoes, whilst he attended to solve the issue, he not only fixed the problem with a fuse switch, but also carried out his work with such positive energy and care to give the best possible job in minimal time.
One thing that always worries me is paying money for stuff, and the after care is always rubbish. After 6 years i think Rickie and Aaron level of service is impeccable, and long may they continue at Project Solar and set the benchmark of whats end-end customer service looks like....LEGENDS!
