My third pair, but not my last pair.
I purchased my third pair of Project Cloud sandals this fall, as I had just about walked out of my last pair. Unfortunately, the sole on my newest pair started coming undone and unwearable. I contacted Customer Service and they gave me two options - a refund or a new pair of sandals. I opted for a replacement pair, free of charge. That's why I'll be a fan of Project Cloud for the rest of my life. Plus, the sandals are affordable and extremely comfortable.
