Maybe change delivery courier he never rang the bell , we were away in Devon the parcel was not supposed to be delivered until 14 September so was delivered early, he had no response because he did not ring bell he took a picture of the parcel at my front door and posted it had been placed in a she there is no shed at my front door. Fortunately my neighbour saw it knew we were away so took it in for us.

Plenty of Bailey Caravan parts and it is good to be able to search by caravan model. The descriptions don’t seem to be as good as they were a few years ago and don’t always list other parts that may be necessary such as screws springs etc. It would also help to know how parts go together. Parts have always been top quality. Delivery is not as quick as I would expect.

Bailey used EVRI for their courier. Total rubbish? Took two weeks longer than promised and then left in a wet recycling box!
Use a different courier please.

Recently bought a Kartt jockey wheel & caravan wash from PRIMA leisure. The service was excellent, dispatched the next day and delivered to Northern Ireland 2 days later. Will use PRIMA leisure in future.

After giving a bad one because we had received an item, advertised for our specific caravan, which did not fit, and no offer of a refund, to my surprise, an alert from my bank this morning showed the amount had been debited to my account.
