We are sorry to hear that the bikini was too large. Since the Spring/Summer 2026 collection, sizing has been aligned across Primadonna, Primadonna Twist, and Primadonna Swim, which means some customers find the newer swim styles slightly more generous than previous collections. As a guideline, you may wish to try one cup size smaller than your previous swim size.
Regarding delivery, your order was shipped on 16 July and delivered on 21 July, which is within our promised delivery timeframe of 4–5 working days.

Customer service A but website needs improvement
The company does a good job with customer service. However, the website could be more user friendly. When you filter for size, it doesn't actually work to display only your size bras, and having to click through items that don't have your size in stock is truly annoying.

Perfect fit for a fuller cup size
I have been wearing Prima Donna bras for about 4 years I find them to be a great fit especially the full cup as my cup size is an F
I find they last so much longer than other brands I have previously worn.
