Good experience so far with PreventiveMD. Signed up on Sunday, got approved on Monday. Meds shipped out in Wednesday and delivered via UPS on Friday. Shipped securely and kept cold. Happy so far!

Received medication on Friday, September 4, 2026.

I now just recieved my second month of preventivemd. I decided to switch to another pharmacy from the one I originally used when I signed up. Preventivemd was so helpful in helping me do that! They were very responsive to my emails. The doctor approved my treatment in 2 hrs. I then recieved my medication in 2 days! Overall outstanding and superb service! So very happy I switched to preventive md!

Very smooth from start to finish. This is my 3rd experience with a telehealth ordering Tirzepitide and it has been the easiest by far. The onboarding and platform is easy to use and my provider appointment occurred via Zoom. The Nurse Practitioner answered all of my questions and I feel I could contact her at any time with questions or issues. The vial arrived at my house after a 2 day ship from the pharmacy. Vial was cold to the touch and 2 of the 4 ice packs were still frozen. The shipment also contained 10 alcohol swabs and a sealed pack of 10 syringes. Besides the great experience, this telehealth is extremely affordable as well. I am paying $150 less per quarter than my previous orders. I cannot recommend PreventiveMD enough!!!!

Easy ordering, great regular communication. I ordered on a Thursday night, and rec'd the med the following Wed. Probably would be quicker if not over a weekend. Was very skeptical when I realized the pharmacy I chose, Empower, shipped 2nd day. But the cold packs were still very very cold, even if not frozen, and the outdoor temps are in the mid 90s this week. The med was still nicely chilled. I will order from PreventiveMD again and have already recommended them to other people. They also added Southend pharmacy as another option the day after I ordered. Hopefully they will add a couple more options as well.

communication with my the care team was great, all my questions were answered in a timely manner, my package came very secure with clear instructions and packed in between styrofoam and a couple iced bags still frozen. looking forward to my journey with PreventiveMD!

Ordering process was simple and straightforward, just had to upload a picture of my previous prescription and the order was delivered on a Friday after ordering the prior Sunday, so very fast! Tracking information was provided for the shipment and the patient portal was very easy to use and helpful to ask any questions.
