In the ever-changing landscape of pharmacy/Dme where reimbursement is vital now more than ever Prestige medical literally fell in my lap. Actually, it was a phone call from Lauren. As we spoke for the first time, I was a little skeptical as it sounded too good to be true to actually make money on testing supplies. After talking with Lauren, I was hooked and now all my stores call on her for orders. Seriously, in my 28 years in this business she is hands down the BEST sales rep I have ever had, and personally my favorite. She is on top of her game and I am always grateful for the reminder phone call asking if we need anything. I don't want to think of trying to do diabetic supplies without her!! Thank you for all that you do, you really are a game changer!!

Lauren at Prestige is great to work with and offers very good pricing on many products that are much more expensive through our primary wholesaler. Shipping is fast and easy as well.

Instant response for an order I needed to return.

I was sent the wrong order. I had to return instead of sending a pre-paid address label so I could mail to the correct person and them to me. The elapsed time from ordering to receipt was further delayed.

Your shipping was in a very timely manner. I got my insulin pods much sooner than expected. Although, they are about $60 more than one company that I recently discovered. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience with your company.

Shipping times are critical...I didnt pay 45 dollars for shipping of one sensor to have it arrive 4 days later.....

I received my medical equipment 3 days late following my surgery. They don't answer phones and have no idea what's going on
