We have paid but received nothing
Update. We received our window on June 29th after a long period bad information. It turned out that the first window had been damaged during transport. Consequently, we were offered a different window in a different size so we wouldn't have to wait another few months. This does not change the fact that the delivery time was 15 weeks, nor the issues with communication—an area where I hope the company will improve for other customers.
We ordered a roof window on March 14th and were told it would take 4-8 weeks to arrive in Denmark. We paid the full amount at the same time. It has now been almost 11 weeks and we still have not received our item.
The company does not respond to emails or WhatsApp messages.
