omega3 capsules from PLKTN
I use the omega3 capsules from PLKTN and i like them a lot. Not to big, no funny smells.. and the packaging it comes in looks good, as well as the jar i got.
The company is also very nice, really good with communications. They respond always friendly and quick.

Impossible to stop your subscription
Impossible to stop your subscription. The reset password on their website doesn't work and they keep invoicing me.
Even after blocking invoices, I still recieve the product but now with fines instead.

Hi Steven, dank je wel voor je eerlijke review en voor het delen van je ervaring! Dat waarderen wij enorm. Wat super vervelend om te horen dat het stopzetten van je abonnement en de situatie rondom de betalingen voor zoveel frustratie hebben gezorgd. Dat is natuurlijk niet de ervaring die we je willen bieden!
Volgens ons systeem is er op 7 januari een abonnement gestart op de Omega-3 capsules en zijn de leveringen volgens het reguliere schema verzonden. Helaas is er daarna een situatie ontstaan waarbij de betaling van de laatste levering open bleef staan, waardoor er automatisch herinneringen zijn verstuurd en de factuur uiteindelijk bij ons incassobureau terecht is gekomen.
We vinden het daarnaast vervelend om te horen dat je problemen hebt ervaren met het inloggen op je account. Dat had natuurlijk niet extra lastig moeten zijn en we helpen hier normaal gesproken graag direct bij.
We denken altijd graag mee met onze klanten en bieden graag de mogelijkheid om ongewenste leveringen kosteloos te retourneren en helpen je altijd bij het heractiveren van je plnktn account :) We lossen dit graag goed met jou op, dus ik heb je hier ook nog een mailtje over gestuurd, zo komen we er samen zeker uit! ik kijk uit naar je reactie :) Groetjes, Babette

Everything ok - just could do with less packaging
The product was recommended by a doctor, and I think it's good. The delivery was fast, no problem at all.
What I would only suggest is if they can send less packaging material like carton and so, because I ordered quite a lot of pills, and they were packaged in smaller bags, plus there was some unnecessary carton in the box, which was unnecessarily big.
There is no other way than ordering online, so I think we have to make it as sustainable as possible...

Great products! Love your Customer Service! Since i could not take a subscription living mostly abroad, plnktn. has been very kind to offer a discount.
The only thing i would like to comment is that the international shipping is not so cheap and it's been 10 days since ordering and unfortunately the package has not arrived yet... so take shipping time in account when you order.
Update: the package had a missed delivery without notice on 4th of December, and only able to pick up from the post office 15th December, so that was a total of almost 1 month since ordering... (this was to Portugal)
