Delivery was fine and at first the plants looked fine as well. But the client service could be better. I was worried about my plant's spots. And they told me I don't need to worry without even knowing what the spots are. They told me it can simply be dirt. But after removing they reappeared. I think they could offer a bit more assistance to figure out the plants condition. Especially after buying it and having just received it.

We know that the spots you described can appear more frequently on Areca palms. This is a completely natural occurrence that does not indicate pests and does not affect the health of the plant.
To be absolutely sure, we carefully checked the plants again in our greenhouse – and we can confirm that they are completely healthy and that the spots have no impact on the plant’s growth or vitality. 🌿

Incredible service
Incredible service! I was searching for an orange tree to gift my cousin who lives in Hamm, and it was a struggle to find any store that had anything looking like orange. This store had it! They delivered it on time, tree was safely packaged.

Healthy and happy plants
This was my first time ordering plants online. Since I couldn't find the particular plants I was looking for anywhere in plant nurseries, I decided to order them from plantaddiction. The plants were very carefully packed and were not damaged during the delivery. They were delivered on time and were healthy and happy!

Confessions of a Plant Addiction Addict! <3
My whole experience with Plant Addiction was a _dream_! My healthy plants arrived super fast in beautiful condition, carefully packed, with not a pest in sight. Every step of the way, when I had a question, Ellen was kind and responsive and set my mind at ease. It's been 10 days since the plants arrived, and they are all thriving-- I'm seeing new leaves unfurling, and the root systems all continue to look healthy. I could not be more happy with my purchase or my experience. I'm already coming back to buy more, and will review again with I hope more praises to sing!
I got burned by two other plant sites before-- one where the plants arrived with root rot, and the second where the plants arrived with pests-- so it feels SO WONDERFUL to know I finally have a reliable source for happy, healthy plants! Knowing I don't need to stress about anything, that I can just order without worry and look forward to my new plantos coming home, is such a great gift. I'm def going to keep coming back :)
