I'd rate Pluralsight's lab functionality at about 20%. Way too many things are broken in their virtual environments. You can't count on learning when you're fighting the bugs the entire time.

I never agreed to automatic renewal. I was charged for another year. And there is no way to cancel it, you are stuck for it for another year.

I wanted to change my plan to yearly…

I was to change my plan to yearly instead of monthly but that didn't work. Thus I thought maybe I was to stop my actualling billing period and start a new one yearly. That just ended in a 500-error:
Http failure response for ...//billing.pluralsight. com/api/secure/planadmin/plans/5e23448a-fbde-4fde-a2b8-39c97a044b6c/cancel: 500 OK

Thus I tried to chat with them but got to a robot that couldn't assist at all.
Finally I got to send them an email and got a respons if I had tried there: "Individual billing...", back to step 1.

For a company that salles education I believe a better working homepage should be the least of things to desire...

I've lost most of my stars for this company after this.

Lost a customer, not that they even care.

I was a recurring customer but this will be my last year. I reached out for Black Friday sale prior to my renewal date and support misled me. Not only was I charged a day prior to my renewal date because I guess it was a Saturday but they stopped responding to any of my emails. I cancelled but now stuck with paying for the year. I disputed it with Citi and they didn't side with me because they didn't see any mischarge.

This is a LOW-TRUST platform service

This is a LOW-TRUST platform service. I would never use it again or recommend it to anyone. The product is fine but it is the sharp practice around renewals. I made the mistake of allowing an ex-employee to renew the platform using my card the previous year and he did not realise that auto-renewal is on automatically. Unethical. There is no warning email prior to renewal which is highly unethical business practice and so had no warning that auto-renewal was on. When I had notice that payment had been taken, I was unable to cancel on the day. Payment was drawn from a card that was past expiry. Pluralsight's email on this matter was a 'No-reply'. Unable to cancel the card details on the website. There's no need to spoil a good product with this sort of unethical business behaviour.

Not Worth.

Not Worth.

They do not offer monthly subscriptions, only yearly so if you do like I did and miss the cancellation date you are stuck with a £189 charge which is the cheapest option and off course they offer no refunds so you are just stuck with the service.

The only reason I used the site was because they had courses that were 10+ hours so it was useful to look busy at work but not worth anywhere near paying £189, My advice don't even risk using the site, before you know it you will be stuck with a bill that you did not intend for.

Have signed up and money deducted from my credit card, tried signing in and all I get is click link in email to activate account... guess what no email sent to me.
Now they have my money and I have no way of getting on there to carry out any account admin such as non-renewal.
Have tried their chat option, messaging Support etc just no response from them.

Unable to cancel annual subscription we no longer need, incurring over £1000 payment for something that won't be used. Support hardline in their stance on 30 day cancellation policy but never emailed in the lead up.

Horrific experience and now down a heck of a lot of money we can't afford to be.

We build monthly paid sub services and would ALWAYS refund someone in this position despite T&C to avoid the hassle and upset it causes both parties.

Yet I made a ticket with my account showed them all the proof for them to ignore me again. Weird thing is I got the email at 3.30 in morning. So thank you Rahul Prakash for your bs response.

the suffering caused by this evil company is unimaginable

I worked so hard to get a bunch of certifications on DIgital-Tutors, then when Pluralsight aquired them the first thing they did was to shut down the certification website. All they had to do was pay like 10$ a year to keep the domain up, but instead they chose to screw over all of Digital Tutors customers, wasting months of our life's work. the scope of how sad this is is unimaginable

Used to be a member of the CLoud Guru

I used to be a member of A Cloud Guru. It was a great site when I first joined—very useful and easy to navigate. Then they were acquired by Pluralsight, and it’s been a nightmare ever since. Courses that were previously included in my membership are now inaccessible, and I’m forced to navigate a completely different Pluralsight platform, which makes it nearly impossible to get anything done. I won’t be renewing my subscription. It’s a real fall from grace.
