Furniture is good, but it took some months to get to me.

Quick response to my request for samples.

Very pleased with this order. I needed an unusually large display cabinet to house a few ornamental chess sets and couldn't find anything with enough depth anywhere. I happened upon this site and was instantly fascinated by the detail I could go into in designing exactly what I wanted. After much fiddling and getting busy with my measuring tape, I was ready to finalise my design and order.
The ordering process was super easy with good information provided on the steps in the process. It does take a little while until dispatch but that's to be expected with a bespoke order. It arrived well within the estimated timeframe.
Delivery itself was great, updates throughout the process and then more frequent updates on my parcel's journey.
We chose to assemble it ourselves as we still had a lot of work to do in the room. Very easy to construct, no problems encountered.
It wasn't cheap but I'm satisfied. The quality of the product and the ability to have exactly what I wanted was worth the price. It's particularly noticeable with the hinges on the doors and the drawer glides. You can really feel the quality there and the cabinet itself is very sturdy.
All round, I'm a very satisfied customer and am already plotting my next order.

I have not been repaid £868.68 for my order which I cancelled 11 days ago. Not very good service.

I'm really impressed with the quality of the bookcase. The dimensions are absolutely exact and it was easy to construct. A rubber headed mallet is essential (fortunately I had one) and it was helpful that I'd lots of experience with IKEA as the construction principles are very similar. I will definitely order again. PS Just wanted to say that the delivery service is very good too.

The price is high, but if you are looking for solid wood furniture this is a very good option. Very good online configurator and then serious and precise production, delivery, and construction.

I had a sideboard that fitted perfectly into an alcove in my dining room, but after over 20 years the hinges on the doors had broken off. I tried to find something equivalent but there was nothing in the right size. Pickawood made me a replacement that was the identical size but with more robust hinges. It is now installed on the stylish perspex "legs" of my old sideboard. I am delighted.

Easy to use software, helpful staff. Didn't use the company in the end as found a local cabinet maker.

Excellent all round. The design experience, the quality of the work, and the delivery - all commendable. Assembly was very straightforward, requiring no special tools, though reading the advice about how to do it was more complicated than actually doing it.

Sales service was very good and I can't suggest any improvement.
There was an additional piece included with my order when it arrived so someone is missing part of the base of a cupboard. Someone didn't check the order very well.
The instructions which accompanied the product are poor; it's a higher priced product so there should be more attention to this.
I always intended to use an assembly service which I have used before, and operates across South East England. It charged a fee which was less than 30% of the fee quoted by Pickawood.

I'm super satisfied. Maybe there should be bigger numbers on the labels, because those are the only important things for the customer, and they are sometimes barely readable. Otherwise it is pleasure to install, and both of my orders came on time, without any mistakes, with some extra pieces just in case

Everything from the online design process, to placing the order, to the communications while my order was being prepared, to the packaging of the materials when they arrived, to the quality of the materials themselves, to the process of assembling the shelves went absolutely perfectly. Such precision in the materials themselves, millimetre perfect as per the design, just a fantastic process. Couldn't have asked for anything more.
