So glad we have PHiiTWERx gym in…

So glad we have PHiiTWERx gym in Sheridan. They have been my lifeline for my health with my always-changing schedule. I love that I can go to the gym 24/7. They have tons of great equipment, free weights, private rooms, and pretty much everything I would ever need from a gym. Love the low-key, positive, and clean atmosphere and enjoy the people that come in. I highly recommend PHiiTWERx to all Sheridan residents. I also heard they are opening a location in Amity, OR too. How exciting!

Holistic Wellness Haven

Honestly, PHIITWERX has been a wellness sanctuary for me. I worked with Kristi for nutritional counseling. She created a custom plan for my goals and guided me the entire time w daily check ups and helped with meal planning. Alongside with that, they created a workout plan for me to accommodate my bad knees. I never thought I’d be in the gym, but here I am, thriving! PHiiTWERx has completely transformed my healing and weight loss journey. Thank you Kristi!

Great experience

The trainers felt like friends, the workouts like playtime, and suddenly, fitness didn't feel like a chore anymore.

I've laughed, sweat, and grown alongside the amazing people here. If you're after a gym where you're more than just a membership card number, this is it.
