On July 11, 2026 I placed two orders on their website. All products from the brand Carner Barcelona. Upon receipt of the perfumes I noted that the perfumes were at least eight to ten years old. Never before had I recieved such old batches. Right there, I was a little dissapointed. About two weeks earlier I had ordered another perfume from them and it was a seven year old bottle. So obviously their stock of Carner Barcelona isn't new. Back to my order from July 11th, two perfumes came with a batch code that removed by hand and one with no batch code whatsoever. Besides that, the bottle of El Born came with a silver atomizer. Carner Barcelona fragrances come with their signature black atomizers, not silver atomizers. I even reached out to Carner Barcelona and they did confirm that El Born bottles do come with black atomizers. Besides that, the bottle of Costarela burns and irritates my skin upon contact with my skin. I reached out to Perfume Online and only recieved an email mentioning that the bottles are authentic. I do own other Carner fragrances which were not purchased from Perfume Online and they were all between a year to two years old. Also, their batch codes did not come off the bottle. I wrote many times to Perfume Online's customer service and they seem to now be ignoring my emails. It is a week that I am sending them emails and they do not seem to care that my perfume is old, one perfume burns my skin, and one bottle does not have an original atomizer. FYI, Three days ago I ordered another bottle of Costarela from one of their competitors and it was bottled in 2024, the batch code doesn't rub off, and it does not burn and irritate my skin. I am so ticked off because I never recieved this horrible service from Perfume Online, so why should I go through this now. I have been a customer since 2023. Where's the excellent customer service now? They better get back to me and refund me 100%. Are they willing to lose a good customer?

I placed Order Number: #572237 for $285.60 on June 26, 2026, arround 7:30AM and after few hours on the same day, I noticed that a 14% site wise was offered towards the Canada day sale. I tried to cancel my order as it was not processed so that I could take advantage of the discount. In order to cancel the order, I discovered the only way to do so is by submitting an online form on the website. The customer is unable to cancel the order on their own and there is no contact phone number or email address offered on the website. My request to have my order cancelled was not honoured, despite the order not even being shipped yet. Regardless, I placed a second order of $215.88 (order #573445).I requested to be given a discount as I was a repeat customer and was unable to receive the initial deal. My request was denied and instead I was offered a 10% off for a future third order. The perfumes however, were genuine and pleasant but the customer service was truly dissapointing and unnapreciative. My request was genuine and it was ignored.

I bought Rog Bacharach $399 it came out it’s fak they scammed me I hope no one gets scam from this website I can’t trust any other website to buy perfume anymore

My perfumes came right on time and in perfect condition, have been getting wonderful compliments from people just absolutely amazing and the price was great
