I ordered the Pergear 1TB Master 4.0 VPG200 CFexpress Type A card on August 11th. It was shipped on August 13th and arrived safely on August 19th. The delivery time was very reasonable. The card performs exactly as expected and offers amazing storage capacity for the price
I ordered aCF Express A 260 from Pergear.de. I received the card from China about 3 weeks later. When I tested the card, I found it was defective: it appeared to work in the camera but when placed in a reader (I tried 3 different ones) it was impossible to read. I emailed Pergear 3 times with increasingly detailed explanations and kept receiving the same standard message asking for a video. I eventually gave-up.
I have other Pergear cards bought on Amazon which are fine, I guess it may happen to get a bad one and had I bought from Amazon it would have been a simple return. Unfortunately, if you buy directly from Pergear you are not getting the normal customer service and warranty service that any serious vendor should provide. Order Number: PGDE6588
Shipping was quick and all my CFexpress cards (A) work perfectly. Had no issues in nearly two years. Had to contact customer service two times to get a proper bill. But always got a quick reply and the bills as needed. No problems whatsoever until today. Thanks!
