After traveling all day, I was waiting at your shuttle stop in 0°C temperatures with my 2-year-old child. My wife and our 10-month-old baby were standing just inside the entrance so she could feed him and keep him warm. When the bus arrived, I asked the driver to wait 30 seconds so I could inform my wife. The door was only 20 meters away.
The driver responded rudely, refused to wait, and then drove off in front of us, despite clearly seeing us returning with our bags.
Leaving a family with two small children in freezing conditions shows a complete lack of basic customer service and common sense. This behavior is unacceptable and damaging to your company’s reputation.
