never got my order
it has been 2 weeks and I have not received my order, I also never received an email to confirm my order, but the amount has been deducted from my account the day of the order! I contacted Customer Care but the answer is from an AI bot, so you do not get the help you need. I was asked to confirm my order number, which clearly I do not have since I never got an email after my order. I sent a screen shot of the deduction from the account, which shows all the necessary details but apparently AI bots can not recognize these! So in the end, it does not matter if the product is good quality or not, especially when it never arrives and there is no real-person customer service

Panzerglass generally offers good, high-quality products.
The initial order processing also leaves nothing to be desired. However, so far I have had to ask for an invoice with every order.
Unfortunately, there is no standard customer account with a permanent login on the German shop website, and I have never received an invoice by email – as is customary in Germany (at the latest when the goods are dispatched or the delivery note is issued) – so far; instead, I have always had to contact their support team by email. Even upon delivery, there was only the usual delivery note, no invoice...

iphone 15pro Camera protection
Got it for a low price directly from their website. They are a genuine seller, both directly and on Amazon UK. You might have to wait if your phone needs better protection if you're ordering directly. Mine arrived in two weeks from Denmark, was easy to install, and has excellent camera protection for my Iphone 15pro. Well packed. Many thanks.

For me there is no doubt anymore
I accidently discovered Panzerglass about 5 yrs ago. Since then I constantly use it for all handsets I have changed. It has superior durability (you only put one protection glass), and excellent protection for expensive handsets which I use.

1) Faulty item delivered, 2) wrong item delivered, 3) no support
1) Received a lens cover with broken glass. Took a couple of days to get hold of customer support, agreed to send new lens cover.
2) Got delivered a screen cover instead. Support again slow to respond. Let's see where this ends
