My only gripe was the shipping which shot my bill up a very substantial amount.

Fast delivery and came in great condition. Overall an easy experience

At first great communication with sale and delivery. Upon receiving the game Silent Hill origins I booted it up in my ps2 and it would get stuck on the initial loading screen, then tried on my ps3 - same issue. The next day even tried my friends ps2 and still the same issue. I have reached out multiple time requesting to return said game and not one response was given. Not a sorry, not a we will look in to it, nothing. Now I am stuck with a ~$200 paperweight. As an avid collector I will be informing and warning others about purchasing here, as I sure won’t be.

Edit 2: Not sure what’s going on with the emails but I did manage to get a hold of them and had said game returned. 0 issues once in contact. I have adjusted the review as I am quiet happy with the response given once they received the game back.

My game came on time Everything was done in a professional manner.

Used Games came without a single scratch on them and the consoles are refurbished really well. Its good because they have warranty on old consoles too. 5/5 experience
