My experience is & always has been top notch WITHOUT FAIL on their part. I however have messed up but Mike is as easy to work with as he is quick with his response. But dont go bugging the place. Excercise a little patience & you will receive your order swiftly. In my experience its taken longer for them to receive my payment from me after order confirmation than it takes for me to receive the order from them. Dont be a dumb ass either & ruin things. Do your homework & follow the rules as this is a respectable service deserving of respectable users . The site itself is rich in variety but could use a bit more structure. And speaking of variety, the selection of payment options is quite soothing. I almost didnt want to write this review & keep this gem as my little secret treasure but they certainly have earned it via consistent quality & follow through backed by time over my several year interaction with them as my goto. Yeah, a bit pricey but you certainly get what you pay for & thats what counts. Cast aside any apprehensions & try them out today.

Purchased a chemical here recently (3-{2-[Ethyl(methyl)amino]ethyl}-1H-indol-4-ol) use in personal research, it arrived to me in the US fairly quickly. I paid for the more expensive international shipping which comes with tracking, however due to issues with the shipping company they had to send it using the free shipping without tracking option. To make up for the lost money on shipping, they sent me 110 extra milligrams on top of the 250 I ordered & were responsive and helpful when I asked about it. The package came after about 10 days and was high-quality, my research ended up being very successful. If you intend to use less well-known chemicals in your research, they have an incredible variety of chems, many of which are extremely recent discoveries with no history of use, which is very exciting for us researchers. Their indolamine selection particularly is impressive, although I would love it if they had more phenethylamine and cyclohexamine derivatives

Prompt communication. Could've been more upfront about int shipping not being eligible for registered, tracked. Took more than a month, but product is world-class. They told me 4-10 biz days, then said 20. I made a fool out myself the day before it landed. Product is worldclass.
I suspect anyone who leaves a negative review needs to check their local, state, and federal laws. This isn't 2015.

Syntharise is a unique maker of bleeding edge research chemicals that are, in most cases(nearly all), unavailable elsewhere. A LOT of companies I have dealt with are happy to rest on their laurels importing 3-4 chemicals for research from China, and have very little knowledge about what they are actually getting/mailing out, and problems like this set science back in a big way. Syntharise not only creates the molecules you order FROM SCRATCH, they then have each batch tested and verified before they bring it to market. The list of chemicals that they offer can be daunting, due to the sheer volume and fact that these are new chemicals that many people have yet to hear of. That said, I have never had a problem with my questions going unanswered, and they shipped from Canada to me in the US in as little as 8 business days. They were cool, understanding of the nuances that come with the market, reassuring, and never once did I have any doubt that I would get my order in full. WILL ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE INTERESTED. Their multiple payment methods made it easy to find options that even a lay person unfamiliar with cryptocurrency could use, and they were quick to answer questions (less than a day always, and less than an hour typically). I was very VERY happy with my decision to go to Syntharise.
