I made Payout 5 days ago of $5.02 but yet I don't get my payment.. this site totally fake... don't waste your time here

They don't allow you withdraw, they ask you to use lighting methods which all fail. At the end, it's a total waste of time. Mailing them doesn't help either. If I eventually claim it after the numerous trials ( failed 7 times already using different suggested supporting wallets), I'll come here to update the review.

SCAM-LIKE PAYMENT PRACTICES AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE SUPPORT
I have been trying to withdraw my legitimately earned money from Surveytime for more than two months. During this period, I have tried six different Lightning wallets and every available Lightning payment method.
Every single attempt follows the same pattern: the payment remains Pending, then fails, and my money is returned to my Surveytime balance. I have followed your instructions repeatedly and eliminated the possibility that this is simply a wallet problem.
I have contacted Surveytime support repeatedly, yet I have received no meaningful solution. My latest complaint has now been completely ignored for four days.
This is absolutely unacceptable. A platform that allows users to earn money but repeatedly fails to pay them, provides no effective support, and leaves legitimate withdrawals stuck indefinitely deserves serious scrutiny.
I am demanding payment of my $5.10 that I legitimately earned. I do not want another automated apology, another generic “payment issue” excuse, or another request to try a different wallet.
I have documented the failed withdrawals, pending transactions, payment failures, returned balances, and all my communications with your support team.
If this matter continues to be ignored, I will publish the complete evidence of my experience and submit complaints to the relevant consumer-protection and review platforms.
Pay what you owe me and resolve this issue. I have wasted more than enough time dealing with your broken payment system and completely ineffective support.

I have been waiting for an Amazon gift card payment for over a month, and it is still showing as pending. I have contacted SurveyTime support multiple times but have not received a proper response or a resolution.
I understand that payments can sometimes be delayed, but waiting over a month with no meaningful response from support is unacceptable.
I would like SurveyTime to review my account and process the pending Amazon gift card, or at least explain clearly why it has been held for so long.

I get a lot of emails to take surveys, but I am only managing to take 2 a week despite the multiple emails. However, the ones that are successful do pay out and the payment through paypal is also instant. You will not get rich because the payments are very low, but they still pay out all the money that I made (just under $50 in a year)

Supposed to be instant withdrawals. Told me to verify my number and ID, did both. Now its been pending for over 3 days and I am not getting my money. Support is not responding, seems like the site is dead and fake now. Id stay away

Truly disappointed. I answered a survey that took about half an hour, carefully reading and answering every question. After successfully completing the survey, they credited me with only $0.01 and then said that the company decided I was not qualified.

I remember when it was a good-paying platform that paid very well, even without a payment threshold. But now, it has become completely useless. Don’t waste your time—find another alternative.

My final advice is: **“DON’T USE SURVEYTIME ANYMORE. IT’S JUST A WASTE OF TIME.”**

Account stuck at $20. Phone verification glitched, and now cashing out loops to the 'no surveys' page. Support is not responding.

Though it took time to reach for payout level but payment remittance took very less time.Thanks for prompt service

Every time I try to cash out, I get an error saying "We weren´t able to verify your phone. Please try again later"

Don´t bother with this one. You will only waste your time, and they will keep all the money for themselves

Sometimes their cash-outs are delayed, while other times they're processed quickly. I'm not sure how. please improve in this area.

BS app, seemed great, did a survey, got $5, and went to cash out but they wanted verification. So I sent a pic of my license, verified phone, etc. The problem came with verifying my email. They sent me the verify link which didn’t work. Asked it to resend which it won’t do. And now I’m stuck on that verify email request which is impossible. Even though my account is under my email and they’ve emailed me something seperate which I responded to from my gmail. So I reached out to customer service 5 days ago. And have tried every day since that day but not one response.

Maybe this was decent at one point but now no one is home. Sucks too because the site itself is great and simple and has lots of surveys. Freecash sucks now so was hoping to use this.

Don’t waste your time. You’ll have some issue after wasting your time and giving all kinds of personal info. Seen a lot of requests about payments never being received even tho approved also.

Thanks for nothing crap ass surveytime. Wish I could give this site 4 thumbs down and 2 middle fingers. Feels like with no one there to speak to or respond it’s probably just a scam to get all your info and steal your identity.

I can't get the money I've earned. At first, it showed an error saying it couldn't verify my number. After trying again and clicking "cash out," a message appears saying, "It seems that we currently don’t have new surveys for you." There is simply no way to withdraw the money. It seems I’m not the only one facing this issue. Eventually, people will start avoiding this website. It would be easier to earn money honestly. I will delete this review if the matter gets resolved. I’m thinking of notifying some authority about this website; perhaps they’ll look into it.

I'd give it one star if I could. I do probably 30 surveys a day on other sites and I have no problem. Decide every single time I try to go to a survey it just cancel it out it's a f***ing joke. MEGASCAM!!!!!

Urgent,unresolved payment issue. I tried to cash out,but they say "can't verify cellphone number " when I know for a fact there is nothing wrong with my number. I emailed them non-stop for weeks now,but no response.

I highly recommend Surveytime. I had a pending transaction today and left a low rating because of the issue. However, their team reached out and helped me immediately. I received my payment today right after making the complaint. They truly care about their users and resolve issues fast. Highly recommended!

I've been trying to withdraw for ages now and every time I try it sends a verification code to my phone which I never get, I have also emailed numerous times and got no reply to any of them I do not recommend this site at all a pure scam

Still no reply from them after two weeks everyone stay away don't sign up it's an absolute joke and scam
