Really great!

SurveySwap has been nothing short of outstanding for me. Unlike SurveyCircle, which I have also used, they use a much smarter, fair, and direct, exchange system: every minute you complete someone else's survey, someone else will spend a minute responding to your survey. It has so far worked really well for me, and even though my survey is 10 minutes, I already have 150 responses with them in around 2 months.

It doesn't stop there. I have had multiple issues with my survey, including my survey getting blocked and me receiving numerous fraudulent responses. Every single time I contact support asking for help, not only do they happily help you fix whatever, they have often responded to me within MINUTES.

Definitely worth using this website if…

Definitely worth using this website if you need participants for research. You arent required to pay for participants but that option is available too. The staff are really quick to respond to any queries you may have, which has made the whole experience much easier.

Get responses, quickly

I used SurveySwap for my Masters because I needed lots of responses quickly. I really liked the interface—it’s modern, easy to use and very tidy. I also had a few chats with customer service, and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful they were.

A few responses weren’t very good, but if you set up some manipulation checks in your survey, that shouldn’t be an issue.

Waste of time

Helpful and intuitive

Helpful and intuitive! Easy to use once you have explored through the site. Helpful application for a researcher and naturally curious people as you are exposed to survey topics that you didn't realise should and could be explored.
