I booked a vehicle to pick up a friend and their family (including two kids who needed booster seats) from Tullamarine to Carnegie, I also asked that they liaise with the 17yo daughter of my friend who was going to meet them at Tullamarine and return to Carnegie with them. All went well once booked. I did not need to intervene and the communication with my friends daughter was professional and reliable. My friend said that they had a very comfortable ride home with the kids safely seated in the child seats.

Fantastic service and easy communication with the driver. Waited for us even with our delay and was very professional. Highly recommended.

FYI the one thing I hate about interstate/o'seas trips is getting to and from the Airport - it really stresses me out!
Our Kiwi neighbours, who had just got back from a trip to N.Z., suggested we get "chauffeured" to and from the airport, as they found it be "stress free"!

From them, we got the name "Sublime Chauffeur", looked up the website and got a quote/estimate. My wife then rang them to check the quote and also booked transport to and from the Airport!

Well IMO the trip to the Airport was absolutely excellent! Nice car great driver => NO STRESS!

We got home to "Tulla" a couple of days ago. On landing my wife received a SMS with Car Rego and that they were ready to pick us up. It was about 5:30 PM ...

The driver quickly found us and drove us smoothly to the other side of the city!
WOW - that was a sublime experience and I didn't swear at any other drivers in all that traffic!

The Drive was relaxed, smooth and => STRESS FREE!
IMO This was worth every "penny"!

I needed to find a way to get my husband into the Royal Melbourne Hospital as simply and easy as possible; I just didn't want to deal with the hassle of traffic, parking, etc.
Sublime Chauffeur were the most responsive and professional when it came to responding to my requests for quote, their pricing was most competitive and, when I made the booking, the attention to detail setting out the booking was very clear and well-written (these things are important to me with what I do). All this happened in the week of travel.
Travel day I received notification the driver was on his way, who arrived ready for us to have an expedient departure. Our driver, Anish, was beautifully mannered, helpful, courteous, and careful. The car was clean and very comfortable, the bottles of water a nice added touch. The whole experience took out all that angst of getting somewhere busy where parking can be difficult, particularly when the reason for visit was for an extensive surgery for the person you love most in the world.
I don't normally have a need for this sort of service but if I do need, for whatever reason, I know I don't need to look anywhere else, Sublime Chauffeur will be my go to.

Sublime Chauffeurs offer a great service. Very professional drivers. The driver meets you at the luggage carousel and helps with your luggage to the car. The vehicles are top notch and very clean. We have used their service for four trips now and it has been a great experience, takes the stress out of finding your Uber or a taxi and is at a comparable price!. I will most definitely be using them again and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

The airport transfer service with Sublime Chauffer was outstanding. They were punctual, courteous and very helpful. The driver even waited patiently when our return international flight was delayed. It was great to have a comfortable, luxurious ride waiting with a driver to help with our luggage when we arrived home.
