I've now both bought and sold through Subdial, and both experiences were flawless.

On the purchase side, the communication was excellent and refreshingly personal, buying an Omega through them was far easier and more customer-centric than the likes of Watchfinder. Dispatch was fast, and the packaging is genuinely a cut above, better even than AD or boutique packaging in my view.

On the sales side, submitting an enquiry was simple, and I had a response quickly. The offer was fair, not quite what you'd hope for from a direct private sale perhaps, but Subdial are taking on the risk of the transaction and need to make a margin, so i found it to be more than reasonable.

I'll be buying and selling with them again. It's clear they genuinely love horology and understand the mechanics of buying and selling from a collector's point of view.

Quick no nonsense and honest unlike other companies buying watches … take note watch finders , charging for services that didn’t need doing and reducing your payment.

Ordered an Omega Seamaster 300M and they went above and beyond what I expected. Very reasonable with the negotiations, brilliant customer service and they even included a Subdial watch presentation box which I thought was a fantastic touch to an overall excellent experience.
