When I saw their services, it looked worth trying them. When I received the phone, there were some bold scratches on the display, but as I wanted just to have the phone to test my applications as an alternative device, it was okay, but when I tried to return it, it was a disaster! They generated the wrong label, so I tried several times to return at two different DHL points, and every time I failed because the barcode was invalid. I tried to email them; I never received any reply, and I sent a message to support (ticket), and after four days, still nothing. I have the phone in the package with an invalid label in my room for 15 days!

- Apple Watch Ultra 3

The renting process was too stressing at first as a foreigner student but it came better than I expected. I’m still keeping my old phone in case of anything but if you want to have new iPhone each year this really convenient. I pay less than full amount if i calculate the whole year. So less payment and new iPhone each year. Can’t wait to switch iPhone 18 Pro Max when it comes out. Hopefully sending back process is also easy too.

I ordered an iphone 17, it arrived very fast, and device is as it was told. I believe for someone who is looking for a device to use very fast and don’t want the hassle of selling his outdated device, is a great choice choosing this method.
All in all they did their part perfectly, I haven’t contacted their support team because I am new customer and there was no need until now, and I hope there will never be:))
However they did what they promised, and that is superb.
