Total chaos!
Great range of products but how totally disorganised as a company.
Ordered products and confirmation stated shipment would be within 24 hours.
After one week and still no shipping advice I emailed. No response.
Emailed again two days later, same result.
Called the following day, .... "the person you are calling is not available. Please lease a 10 second message and we will send it as a text".
Really? Not even a company message and proper answerphone?
Eventually, the next day again someone, who sounded very bored and did not say company name, answered. Apparently my email was not received. When I suggested she should check the spam she responded there was no point, there were thousands!
Really? Nobody has a look to see if they missed an important message?
When she still could not give me a shipping date other than "probably", I asked for a refund.
She hung up on me.
After leave a few 10 second messages, I got through again and was actually offered my money back. After a few more days it even came through. Problem is that 10 days later I still don't have the items I so urgently need, because without the money I could not just order them elsewhere.
What a totally frustrating experience.
Sorry, that was long. One word summary? Dodgy.
