My book was fine luckily. I recommended them to my mother for their friends son. They made an error on the book and expected them to pay for the postage to send a corrected one out with no offer of a refund for the one that said 'from Auntie Kevin'!!!! That was not what was written and was their mistake. For this reason I wouldn't recommend them as they were out of pocket for the companies mistake and left with a a book that they had to dispose of.

We recently purchased three personalised hardcover story books for our grandchildren, and every single one exceeded our expectations in quality, presentation and how beautifully they were received.

The Nursery Rhymes Personalised Story Book for our baby granddaughter (just 2 months old) was a joy to give. The personalised nursery rhymes were such a lovely touch — her parents and siblings were delighted, and it’s already become a sweet part of their reading time together.

The Space Tour Classic Personalised Story Book was perfect for our 6‑year‑old grandson, who adores anything to do with space. Seeing his name woven into the adventure made it extra special, and he was completely absorbed from the moment he opened it.

The Super Hero Classic Personalised Story Book was exceptionally well received by our 7‑year‑old grandson, who has autism. He immediately connected with the personalised superhero character, and it was wonderful to see how much he resonated with the story.

All three books were produced in excellent hardcover quality, beautifully printed and thoughtfully personalised. The finishing touch was being able to add “with love from Grandma and Grandad” to each book — making them truly meaningful keepsakes that will be treasured for years.

Highly recommended — a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Perfect personalized book

I feel that the option to upgrade to a hardback book" at a 50% price increase at checkout was a bit suspect.

I think listing a paperback option AND a hardcover option before the purchasers put customized book into shopping cart would have been more consumer oriented.
