Ordered a product there which I sadly wasn’t able to pick up in time due to medical reasons. The Product was send back to their webshop after a few days and they received it. Instead they charged me 200kr for not picking up my package so now im out of 200kr and with NO product.. while they can resell my product again. Total scam. And an even worse costumer service. They REFUSE. to send me the product again and instead offer a 100kr discount I can only spend on their website.. which means I have to pay another 100kr + sending costs to get the product I paid FULL PRICE for again. Absolute shameless scammers.

Be warned, don’t order here.

Their "UV" light in the AMT200 is just green.
The LEDs look to be indoor ones and so used outside didn't last long.
But I saw they were selling a "UV LED" replacement, so I bought what I thought was an upgrade given green isn't proven anywhere to attract insects.

Nope. Green.

I asked for a refund, first as one to replace the one that broke too soon and then if I sent it back.

They tried to tell me that it *was* UV, that I should have asked if I cared about the colour (it's listed as UV!), that LEDs lifetimes are short and can be affected by knocks (as if I had done that!), that EU rules don't apply after when the product has been tested. (You get 2 years if it's not fit for purpose)
I tried writing a review to warn others it wasn't as described, but of course it wasn't published.
I would leave it at that but they still list it as UV on their site.

It's a real shame as their website is nice, they have a good range of stuff, delivery was OK etc.. it would have been better if they were rude or didn't respond.. Instead they choose to outright lie and try to claim black is white (or in this case Green is UV)

[edit after reply: Look below at their reply and you will see what I mean! "Green UV". Lol. Even if that was a thing, the listing says "Ljuskälla: LED UV-lampa Black Light."
5 months later they are playing dumb and outright lying!

I'll do this one in English whilst I am a Dane. I ordered 5 kg. Of snail remover to my daughter who lives in Sweden.

Package arrived in an insta box which she was not given the code to. Well she was given a code for the Sweden national members / residence. After trying to clarify to them that she hadn't gotten all papers and documents she needed they blamed it all on us. Didn't give us an alternative pickup besides insta box.

Be mindful, if you can't for some reason get your package due to reasons that, are out of your control. This company will not help you out, well at least you will pay for it. 200sek paid for a return and no package.

Tried their Stick® Insektspray kryp 500ml spray, and I have to say it is a completely fake product. The proof of this is that they never published my real review on their site, only publishing fake reviews with 5 high stars (how can everyone give 5 stars to a product is how you tell something is fishy lol). They also refused to take back the product saying that it was sold which is how i knew it's a scam. Use wise, the spray is completely ineffective on silverfish. I have sprayed over the area as instructed and found filverfish to be populating in exact same place in more numbers even. There was never a single silverfish found dead with it after 1 month even. Their customer support is also deceptive and have no idea how long it takes to kill or how effective spray is. Absolutely fake product. Scam. Stay away. This is an HONEST review which they refused to publish on their site.

The delivery was NOT made in time what I was ordered(chosen at checkout) and as a result the package was automatically returned, now they want to have compensation for that?

Order never delivered, waiting for return to send it again but fault lies with “Dhl” and need to confirm from them before resending shipment.

All in all 1* experience, but the lady with customer support has been nice.

Quick, efficient and professional.

This 1-star recommendation should be read with two sets of glasses.
Buying and delivery went alright.
However, from time of placing the order to arrival of the package my scenario had changed, and I didn't need the item anymore.
The package sits idle - unopened - untouched - just like it left the warehouse for a couple of weeks - after which I approach customer service for a refund.
I explained that the box was not touched, I would be ready to return free of charge only for them to open the box, put the item back on the shelve and issue a credit.
Denied.
Repeated attempts to call on 'common sense' were lost on Stick due to company policy.
I even went as far as writing the CEO via Linkedin to argue my case.
Request denied. Company policy.
As such I can understand company policy and respect its need to be in place, and while I can feel shorthanded and poorly treated, the 1-star remains for lack of willingness by Stick to see matters from points of view of the customer.
I will not use Stick again - and already regret it - you make up your mind what you will do going forward

I ordered from this website and they literally messed up everything they could possibly mess up. I paid good money to have a heavy shipment delivered to my front door. Stickshop was too incompetent to put the correct label on the package, so it was delivered several kilometers from where it was supposed to. Then, more incompetency as they sent me an extra package which I NEVER asked for. They then sent me a series of threats in several rude and condescending emails where they demanded that I would spend quite a lot of time and effort on correcting a mistake THEY made. If I would not do so, they would report me for fraud, for something that was clearly their mistake. What followed was several more threats and gross misconduct. There are plenty of other stores that sell similar products, so I highly recommend everyone to buy from those instead and not from these ill-mannered scam-artists!

Good but not very good

Product is working perfectly. Shipping time was quite fast. All fine! Next order to follow.

I used the product to get rid of silverfish and it was amazing! After 2 or 3 times there was no silverfish in the apartment!
