Mega god service!

Best car cleaner I ever had. My car hasn’t looked this clean since I bought it 3 years ago. I am simply very impressed with steamrex

They broke my rear window and wouldn't replace it. They must have insurance - every decent company does. Yet they wouldn't replace my rear window. I have a subscription that I want to cancel immediately.

The two men were quick and efficient—within a couple of hours they had the car looking like new. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

The service is fast and very streamlined. I have hired the company twice and my car was clean after, so the product is absolutely fine. I experienced both times that the set time was not kept, and both times they tried to charge for something I didn't approve. When talking to customer service, it could be cleared and was taken off the invoice without discussion, but when it happens two times, it feels like a pattern.

Hess and Raja did a great job cleaning our two big sofas. Definitely recommend very friendly and really worked hard to clean a very battered sofas.

Great service given in very friendly manor. Car was cleaned to a very high standard and we were very happy with the resuts. Recommened!

Extremely Unprofessional – Avoid Steamrex

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I originally booked a car cleaning for Friday at 15:30, but Steamrex rescheduled it to 13:00 without even informing me. I had to contact them myself to fix the issue, and we agreed to move it to Monday at 16:00. Then on Monday, they called again trying to change it to 14:00. Even though it was inconvenient, I still agreed to adjust my own plans and come at 15:30.

I rushed to make it there by 15:30 and even called them to check where they were. They casually told me it would take another 20 minutes to arrive. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

To make things worse, the actual car cleaning was poorly done. There was visible dirt under every car seat. When I pointed it out, the guy just shrugged and said, “Oh, I missed a spot.” That’s not a small miss — that’s basic neglect. For a company that claims to offer professional cleaning, this was a joke.

Between the terrible scheduling, careless attitude, and rushed, incomplete work, I will never use Steamrex again — and I strongly advise others to avoid them as well.

I had a confirmed appointment with Steamrex for car cleaning on 21-06-2025 at 16:00. I cleared my schedule and prepared the car as instructed. At exactly 16:00, they sent a message saying they would come "within 30 minutes" — but no one ever showed up.

I waited the entire afternoon with zero further communication. No apology, no update, nothing.

Extremely disappointing experience. If your time matters to you, look for a more professional and dependable service.

Very clean car inside and out, well done!

I tried the basic interior cleaning and it was great, the result was excellent and the service was also wonderful. The people working there are very kind and patient, even when i made a mistake they helped me.
