Multiple withdrawals from my bank without permission

They withdrew money from my bank account without my permission.. I contacted customer service, they apologized and said I will get the refund.. But instead of a refund after an hour they made another withdrawal from my bank.. I naturally closed my bank card and ordered a new one.. Went again to the stake customer service where Mr Milos only wanted to communicate in Danish with me.. He told me I need ARN number to get a refund from them.. My bank then informed me ARN number is only created after the refund has been initiated by Stake.. Spinning in constant circles between Mr Milos and bank while translating every message of Mr Milos from Danish I asked to talk to another agent, but Mr Milos wouldn't allow me that.. Then I closed my account with these scammers.. Next day big surprise, I got the refund without ARN number.. Just the level of rudeness and time consuming made me decisive to never reopen the account with Stake.dk even tho they informed me in an email closing my account is impossible, only a one year pause because account will be active in one year..
Guidebook on how not to treat a customer with 15.000 monthly deposit limit.. While Mr Milos purposely trying to make it as difficult as possible, not like his job is service to the customer.. Keep away!!

Worst site, refuses to vip transfer and add bonus because they are ignorant fk stake.com and fk stake.dk

if i could give 0 i would years of progress, wager & etc gone because they felt like it :')
