Portland, OR- I read a ton of reviews and am nervous to trust a new (possibly not local?) company with something so important. I booked 50 crates online; it arrived fast. The driver, Beau, was friendly and had great communication, working around my schedule. I needed even more crates, ordered online, and the next day Beau was back with 15 more. Nothing broke; it kept things safe without using a ton of wrapping, saved me from buying boxes, and was easy to roll stacks around my apartment instead of having to lift them. I got a text when it was time to return them; again, great communication from Beau. He was on time (again working around my busy schedule), grabbed them, and made things easy. I would highly recommend them again, and although moving is never fun, this was so easy and saved me money and time scrounging around for boxes, tape, and bubble wrap. My movers got things done super fast, and I credit some of that to how easy it was to stack and move these crates! Even more money saved!

Definitely the most seamless part of our move. The bins were dropped off and picked up on time. Very easy to stack and move around, would recommend!

These were the best decision I ever made!
I have moved so many times and it drives me nuts getting boxes and putting them together, packing them, then it's too heavy and it rips, and then the smell of cardboard boxes is atrocious.
These made these super simple! The delivery guy dropped them off neatly stacked on rolling movers and I was able to easily move items around super simple.
I will never do boxes again if I can help it.

This was the BEST way to move. I highly recommend this as a way to make your move easy, save money and the planet.

Worked amazingly well. Put a bunch on the floor then packed til full, moved things to another box if they got too heavy. Simple to stack, roll. Delivered & picked up on time, super nice staff.

What a fantastic idea. We rented 35 bins for our 2 br move for two weeks. Sooo much better than buying junky cardboard boxes. Two complaints - The company never gave us delivery or pickup windows and never called me back when I reached out to get a timeframe. Both times they just showed up and we weren’t home. We also paid for help with bringing them upstairs but the driver didn’t know that so my husband had to help. Other than that I highly recommend!

Super affordable and EASY in comparison to buying, building and storing cardboard boxes for moving! They’re strong, so even small kitchen appliances, stacks of dishes, glasses, heavy decor etc all securely stored in the boxes easily! Came with labels for all the boxes which made it easy to organize and know which room each box’s contents belonged to. Drop off and pickup of the containers was communicated well and was incredibly convenient. Would 100000% recommend and use again!!

The bins were clean and delivered on time. Jhari gave me a heads up when he was on the way to drop off which I really appreciated. The whole process was seamless and I feel good about not producing more waste or having to hassle with traditional moving supplies. Highly recommend.

Stack made packing and unpacking so much easier! My crates arrived on time & their communication was great as well. It was so nice not having to deal with cardboard. Highly recommend!

Totes are spacious and easy to move with dollies. 1 week is not enough time to pack and unpack. I had to extend my time which makes it too expensive. I would use them again if rental was for two weeks.

I loved moving with Stack! As a germaphobe I wasn’t sure about reusable crates but I actually found this process so much more sanitary than cardboard, esp during a hot and humid move in FL. The drop off and pick up process was also seamless & easy. Nothing was broken in my move & knowing I had to return the crates gave me incentive to settle in faster. Highly recommend!

Website has flat-out lies on it. They claim that if you need more boxes during your move to just shoot them a message and they'll deliver more. Lie. They just simply don't honor the most important service they claim. Additionally, they delivered my boxes 5 hours after the window I was given, yet expect me to be punctual to the second of when they get picked back up. Boxes fit a lot and stack well tho.

From start to finish it was seamless.

Boxes were delivered to and picked up from our doors on the exact days planned for. The boxes hold a lot but are still a manageable size. They were clean as a whistle. No cardboard waste. I would 100% recommend.

I could not have been happier with Stack. The crates are great for packing and it's really a no muss, no fuss experience. No having to break down boxes, etc. The crates all fit on dollies they provide that make it easy. I think if you price out cost of boxes etc I don't think you're paying much of a premium at all. Communication about delivery, etc, and the guys who delivered to me were really good guys. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Awesome idea and the process was smooth AND affordable!

Everything was very easy! From drop off to pick up, this experience was seamless. Really great alternative to traditional packing boxes. We were able to use and reuse throughout the moving process.

Stack made my move much easier. The ordering process was straightforward, and the customer service was excellent and responsive. The bins were clean, spacious, and easy to use, which helped me manage the stress of the move. I’m very glad I found Stack and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone else who’s planning a move.
