I never cease to be amazed by the after sales service Spooky2 give to their customers. Even after years of my regular questions, they never tire of helping me. Also after hours, the bot is extremely helpful and 90% of my questions are satisfactorily answered. Today Melody was wonderful, she went into detail for me and was so patient with my endless additions to my original questions. I cannot recommend Spooky2 highly enough. Best products in the world. I checked with Sara in Coustomer service To make sure I was entering the correct steps for neck pain Treatment and Sara verified I was using the right steps and the placement of the Tens pads was below the shoulders

I can’t recommend spooky2 highly enough. Their equipment is affordable and reliable, the customer service is awesome, there are programs for anything you could possibly be dealing with. (Including for your pets). Anyone who prefers DIY healthcare instead of relying on a healthcare system that answers to shareholders and only offers treatments instead of cures, you can’t go wrong with Spooky2 products.

Jarvis was quickly able to resolve my user problem with my plasma tube. Turns out I wasn't using the correct preset. I've had my Spooky2 Central for over a year and felt pretty comfortable with the system, but I got hurried and used a remote vs plasma preset and my system didn't work.

Thank goodness a simple adjustment resolved my issue.

I've been very pleased with my experience with Spooky2 so far. I purchased the XM Pro Generator Portable Essential Kit and have been impressed with the quality of the equipment and the wide range of features available.

The delivery was very quick, and the customer service has been excellent. It's reassuring to deal with a company that takes customer satisfaction seriously.

The software offers an enormous variety of presets and programs to explore, giving me plenty of opportunities to learn and experiment with the system. There is quite a bit to get familiar with at first, but the flexibility and range of options make it an interesting system to work with.

I'm also impressed by the amount of information and resources available to help users understand the equipment and get the most out of it.

I have been using Spooky2 equipment for several years now, both in remote mode and contact mode. I am very satisfied with the results I have experienced.

I suffer from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), which flares up from time to time. The specific programs help me experience improvement quite quickly.

The detox programs also work very well, even in remote mode.

A friend of mine, who was doing a detox using the remote function, asked me whether it was possible that he might experience symptoms associated with the release of accumulated toxins.

Recently, I also experienced some problems with Spooky2 Central. Through customer support, I got in touch with Sara, who was absolutely fantastic in helping me resolve the issue. Even after the problem had been fixed, she contacted me the following day to check whether everything was still working properly. What amazing customer service!

The support team is always quick to respond and effective in resolving issues. On top of that, Sara is incredibly kind and friendly.

All in all, I am extremely happy with Spooky2 in so many ways. I can highly recommend both the equipment and the customer support. :)

Really helpful customer service both before and after I bought the machine! The program is complex but still easy to connect to all the parts and easy to use. Only just started with relaxing programs which are felt instantly, but very excited to start the detox ones!

I have three Spooky2 Scalar sets and use them all the time. I think my husband sleeps better in the Scalar field and all my animals gravitate to where one of the Scalar setups are. My youngest kitten decided she likes to sleep on the transmitter. I think she is getting "imprinted" with the Scalar energy when she is there.
My oldest cat was very sick about 10 days ago. As often happens with cats, it seemed like it was sudden, so I missed the early warning signs.
I had no idea what was wrong, and it was a weekend. I decided to put her in the Scalar field and I ran BFB Hunt and Kill for four hours on Sunday and two hours on Monday. She was almost herself by Monday afternoon. A local holistic pet shop suggested she could have crystals in her urine, so I added doing Peptide treatments for Cat UTI and Cat Urinary Stones/Gravel in Urine with Urethritis/Urethra Inflammation. Only two treatments and she seems 100% normal. Now I plan on those treatments at least weekly.
