The product arrived but was not what I thought I was getting. I requested to return the items and received a phone call from one of the company reps. We discussed the matter and he told me to return the items and would refund the whole amount. I returned them and on the day of delivery I received a full refund.

Happy dealing with Sparky Shop
Happy dealing with Sparky Shop, they redressed a supply error without quibbling and despatched very quickly.
I could have saved myself a few dollars if sales had explained why their Slimline fittings require the specific surface mounting boxes. The website is a bit vague on this too and doesn’t specify that you have to use the specific box with the Slimline fittings.

I had a problem with one of the delivered items, this was picked up right away and it got replaced within a week.
Although my purchase was a while ago it was taken care of in an awesome way. I'll definitely recommend the sparky shop!
