I received my Raptor 3 engine model, and it’s proudly displayed on my desk. Shipping to my country wasn’t originally available, but the team expanded their delivery area just for me! I was pleasantly surprised.

The craftsmanship of these models is amazing. I've purchased two versions of the Starship and their Space Shuttle, and I have been very happy with all three. Alex does incredible work, and he is very responsive to any questions you may have. Highly recommend!

All orders have been delivered promptly, quality is excellent, and build instructions are clear and concise. A damaged in transit part was replaced without quibble and the replacement part included a banana for scale :-).

The quality of the product was excellent. The detail in the model was excellent. Also they had excellent communication in the ordering process. I would buy from them again!

Interesting models and some lovely details. The prices are, of course, a little higher, but still reasonable.

I purchased a block 1 Starship and the original round launch mount in 2025. It arrived when expected and I was very happy with the resulting print quality and the design. This is a very high rez print with tons of detailed textures like the the heat shield tiles, piping etc. The starship, booster and launch mount fit together cleanly and stably for such a big model. It has held up well to handling and occasional dusting. I'm considering buying an launch tower when I can.

Excellent products, rich in detail, true-to-life colors, and perfect scale. I bought the small version of the SLS and it's gorgeous. I also had fun assembling it, complete with all the decals. A lot of 3D printed model available on the market.... but....the Spacerocketlab is unique in term of enginerring of the model parts, details, quality and fidelity of the products!

I ordered twice and they only sent half of my orders both times. They don't answer calls or email. It is a scam.

Edit: I did eventually receive the model after nearly two months but that was not really their fault. I ordered through a site in the USA and I thought SpaceRocketLab was there but it turns out they were in Europe! I'm in NZ and my parcel circled the globe! Finally received the model and it was fine. Changing my rating from 1 to 4.

I ordered a Raptor-3 model (and paid for it) and they initially communicated and suggested I also order a case (which I did), and then nothing. They are not responding to my emails and it's been three weeks since my order. Still hoping, and I'll update this if they eventually do ship it. Meanwhile I'd recommend avoiding this site.
