- The space is unavailable at the date and time of your agreement, or

- Your vehicle cannot fit in the space

I have had money taken from my account…
I have had money taken from my account for a storage space that will not store vehicles which I was very clear on the application that I needed the space for this purpose!! I have not been able to contact spacer on the phone to discuss this matter and am out of pocket for bond and first two months rent .

Unhelpful customer service. The site interface is extremely difficult to navigate from a UX/UI perspective (for example, it is very difficult to obtain confirmation of payments made).
